Hats off to the chefs here for making these delicious dishes which not all the restaurant in Dubai serve. It takes lot of effort and time to prepare something delicious like this. The food is made in pure ghee, you can smell the aroma and feel the taste of ghee with each bite.😋🤤 . . Here is the list of items which we tried out: Starters: 1. Pyaz Kachori - (Our favourite being Rajasthani, growing up this was our go to snack after we used finish school or college everyday) 2. Jodhpuri Bharwan Aloo (This was special). . Main course: 1. Dhungar Paneer Tikka Masala- (This is not your usual paneer tikka, this has that amazing smoky and ghee flavour which makes it so very delicious, also the quality of panner is too good as this restaurant uses their own in-house Paneer and we were totally amazed by this) 2. Dhungar Dal Makhani (Oh we loved the smoky flavour of this Dal Makhni) 3. Bikaneri Gulab Jamun ki Subzi (This was again a special dish, being Rajasthani we got to taste this in Dubai imagine. - no this wasn't sweet. It is something else, try this you will love it). . Breads: 1. Jadi Buti Naan - (made with 5 herbs) 2. Chapti with ghee - (More like homemade fulka ❤️) 3. Missi roti - (This is super tempting, you'd not want to stop once you start having this one) . Desserts: 1. Ghawer - (If you are Rajasthani you will know what it is and if you aren't you are missing out on this special dessert go have it now) 2. Bajara Gud Ka Churma - (This is the best Rajasthani dessert after food, It reminded us of our childhood when our mothers used to make this for us after food daily in winters). .

The view is amazing and the food is lip smacking. I'm from Chicago and found this place while searching for a good restaurant with a view. I'm so glad I found the JLT location of Sagar Ratna where the service is great. The food is tasty and the views are incredible.
