This is the second time I have ordered from here , I’ve tried the chicken avocado bagette and roasted vegetable salad the first time which was really tasty! This time I tried the pumpkin soup which again was a decent portion size and really tasty! I have sampled a lot of these ‘healthy eating’ places here and usually either the foods tasteless with ok sized portions or it’s nice but not enough to serve a small child... so was pleasantly surprised! The meal deal is great it’s a shame they don’t deliver to my work or I would be getting this every day for lunch! Definitely worth a try guys. Seems to have had some harsh reviews which surprises me so thought I would give them a nice one as I was really impressed with the food and delivery driver who was super friendly and fast.
I order online mostly every other of week days to the office, all is fine and i like most of the menu's offers, but today's soup was extrimly salty, please add a less salt, as it is aneatable.
Honestly, this restaurant gives a great healthy food experience.
I ordered Acapulco Burrito, the chicken so nice the mixture of beans,rice, avocado and cheddar cheese balanced my nutrition's that any body can ever want, the capsicum and jalapeno make me keep wanting all times. the delivery was on time.
With Soulfull JLT i will keep making my orderings all times.
After reading some of the reviews here, I'll admit I was skeptical ordering from Soulfull. But blame it on the unexpected Dubai rain and the craving for hot soup as office lunch. I am so glad I did... the mushroom soup just hot the spot! Heartwarming. Everyone who passed me desk asked from where I'd ordered. The accompanying bruschetta was more dry than crisp but the soup made up for it. The Khimchi brown rice serving was smaller than expected and if it was better, I'd have put this at 5 stars. But I'd order from here again!

the chicken Avocado was so amazing, it is extremely among my favorite now, and the Lentil soup was nice and my 10 years Son liked it and he is always reminding me to order more of it.
food there is greatly served healthy, and good for everyone through out day and night.

I have been seeing this restaurant's log all-over UAE , For my first time i decided to try their menu and ordered this Pan seared salmon it was so delicious and i liked the rice it made my lunch so wonderful and my company-mates also liked it those i shared with.all times it made me love what am eating. delivery was on time which makes Soulfull a place where i shall always make my orders
It was a great experience to visit JLT branch i ordered shakshouka really it made my breakfast time very precious with poached organic eggs, bell capsicum, nuts,the feta cheese where fresh and loved it. i wish everyone can know the secret under this healthy food restaurant , they have the real food taste.
Soulfull is my all time favourite at work. Healthy n wise. Their all day breakfast Turkey bacon egg with spinach wrap I can eat any time. You can taste the goodness in it. Also try their Thai green curry with quinoa it was delicious full of flavour.....
Its very rare to find a healthy and very good restaurant at the same time- i love this restaurant. It’a an Amazing restaurant full of healthy and good options! The lunchbox offer is great- extremely filling and fine food! Very good customer service as well.
The food was excellent and the services was great , what I really like about this restaurant is the perfect price point that they have set. I'm so glad they have opened up in jlt. naughty soul burger was my favroite i just love it ...

This amazing cafe has taken it on them to help their customers make conscious eating decisions through their range of freshly prepared and minimally processed food items. - The peanut butter oats protein shake along with antioxidants berry
protein shake which was delicious and filling.
- The halloumi sandwich which had the softest and tastiest whole meal bread, with a tastiest halloumi and vegetable stuffing.
- The Veg Burrito Bowl made with Guacamole with special veg fajita mix, mexican rice, black beans, sour cream and their chef's signature pico de gallo recipe.
- The Khaleeji Acai bowl, which was full of dates, pistachios and almonds and the crunchiest granola with Acai purée. One of the best Acai bowls I’ve had.
- Greek yogurt with fruits, berries and nuts another favorite of ours.
Everything was so pretty, beautifully packed in eco friendly boxes and well presented.
They are here to remind us to take a moment and feel the connection of the earth beneath our feet. Through their food connect with our body, mind, and soul.

Also tried their nutrition balls, soup, vegan wrap - all turned out to be good. Excellent packaging. The acai smoothie was tasty. Bit on the pricey side.
