The staff are most courteous and humble and ready to serve. The restaurant has a bar and also a live band playing very nice Hindi songs. Raj the Restaurant Manager is very understanding of customers needs and is an excellent host. The meal choices offered, through Indian, were substantial, so the menu offering appeared vast enough to satisfy every type of palate. Our experience there was a most enjoyable Dinner evening celebrating with friends and family.

Had visited this place on 17th September. <br/>Food is good no doubt. But hospitality is very bad. There was some office party organized where half of restaurant table booked for them. Hence staff were busy serving them .... ignored completely other guests. Too noisy dinning. I don't think it's good idea for them to take other visitors when they such big party booked. Horrible experience.<br/>Will think twice next time .<br/><br/>

First of all, the restaurant is just beautiful. Lovely ambiance with live music and cozy seating arrangements. <br/><br/>The menu is elaborate and has a very good variety. Everything I tried out here tastes great. They come beautifully presented. <br/><br/>The portion to price ratio is great. Alcohol is available for the ones interested. The staff is very attentive as well.

I happen to recently visit the Dfusion Dubai in Grandeur Hotel at Al Barsha. Had heard amazing things about this Indian place with a twist. The ambience of the place is very amazing with some pretty interiors and lights. The have the made the place really well and the colours used in the place are fresh and soothing to the eyes. The place is very cute with a side of live band playing in a corner. With some amazing melody to the ears we started of with some drinks for the night. We tried the South Bombay Chuski which is actually like a Kala Khatta Gola was the twistest drink I’ve seen also ordered the Thandi Kacchi Keri which was yet another spiced sour drink for the night both were amazing. Some really good food suggestions were give by Mr. Gajanan and Mr. Nisarg for the night. We started with Dum Murg Shorba which was tasty and full of goodness. For the Appetisers we had Kurkuri Bhindi which tasted very crispy snacks lady finger chips which was really yummy real good for a good snack, next was Lamb Chops and Chicken Murgh Angara which was perfectly made meaty and juicy very good in taste with really good quantity. For main course we tried the Butter Chicken was very authentic tasty and creamy. The dessert was the best highlight of the night we went for Gulab Jamun Tiramisu, Gulab Jamun was embedded in the goodness of Tiramisu cake was a great combination together. Overall loved the place and the food and the service. Would definitely visit this place again.

Love this newly renovated restaurant!! My favourite was the tandoori chicken. We recently visited the restaurant for its launch along with our friends. <br/><br/>The ambiance was perfect for the casual dinners or romantic date nights with a bright yellow lighting and wooden themed seating that is great for large groups as well as dinner for two too. They also have live music that makes the whole experience more lively. <br/><br/>We started off the evening with Thandi Kachi Kheri which a raw mango garnished with a slice of pineapple. I was recently dinning at Dfusion along with group of my friends, the ambience was good, lovely interiors and some good food! Service wasn't bad at all!<br/><br/>Let's get talking about the food shall we?<br/><br/>Started with some drinks - I tried two of the drinks from the menu, Thandi Kachi Keri - love the flavours, so refreshing and a total different drink from all! A must try!<br/><br/>Pina Colada - I really enjoyed the Pina Colada, the coconut milk wasn't too overpowering nor the pineapple juice, really great tasting drink!<br/><br/>Starters - Kurkure Bhindi very Crispy and flavourful! A must try!<br/><br/>Quinoa Aloo Chana Chaat with Avo - a little on the spicy side for my taste buds, but tasted different from your usual chaats.<br/><br/>Vol Au Vent - Loved loved the dish! Would be great if they were a tad bit bigger in size as you couldn't get the bhaji taste a lot. But surely a must try!<br/><br/>Harra bhara kebab - crispy kebab with great ingredients and flavours. Jalebi was crispy and properly coated with syrup.<br/><br/>Mini kulfi - very cute was to serve kulfi, really enjoyed it!<br/><br/>Over all - great service, amazing food, friendly server's. There was live music and they sang really beautifully, which was really pleasant. They also have valet parking.

My all time favorite alcohol is Whisky and Dfusion just created their own Indian cocktail based on whisky called 'High on Chai' which combines Whisky and tea (I love tea too 😋) and is definitely a great whisky based cocktail. They also have other unique Indian cocktails like the Vodka Kacchi Keri. Once you're a little high and enjoying the live band, unique Indian starters like Vol Au Vent with pav bhaji masala(5/5), kurkure bhindi(5/5), Galouti Kebeb(4/5) and Chicken tikka(4/5) are great starters. In mains we tried the butter chicken(5/5), prawns(4/5) and mutton rogan josh(4/5). And finally thr jalebi with rabri (5/5) was just amazing and the kulfi(4/5) was good too. Interiors were great too and service was a little slow but the overall experience was really good. Definitely coming back..

Been there for dinner great arranged by a friend of mine. Such a top notch hotel. Live music takes it a step ahead. The food was great!! Lamb chops were tender and succulent marinated with lip smacking spices. Hara bhara shami kebab was equally delicious.<br/>Mutton hyderbadi biryani, d’fusion kebab platter included variety of fish,mutton,chicken & prawns kebab was a hit. <br/>Stuffed naan,rumali roti & lahori chicken were match made in heaven.<br/>Jalebi with rabri is my personal favorite & kids enjoyed gulab jamon with rabri.<br/>Overall a great experience!

The staff is very polite and friendly. Restaurant Manager Mr. Rajendra went above and beyond to make us feel special. The interior and ambiance is very mesmerising. If you are a true Indian food lover and desi by heart, you should try this place. I will definitely go for the live music dinner very soon. You can avail the free valet parking service as well.

We went on weekday for family dinner. They had live music with professional singers, food was very tasty specially Malai Kofta. We ended up with desert platter which includes 4 type of sweets(especially crispy and delicious Jalebi). That reminds me of my home. Thanks Shuchi

Let's start from entrance. The valet parking guy was not available, the entrance is decent like 3 star hotel. The restaurant located on ground floor. We reached at 9.40 pm till that time live music was not started. There are 3 singers with 2 on instruments but mostly they use karaoke 🎤 which I have personally don't like. Yes they are very happy to play your requests as well. Live music ended at 11pm. Ambience was nice. Food was good but serving size was bit less. Moreover they took ages to bring food to the table. We ordered desert platter which came after 40 minutes and had very bad taste. Nothing was hot and fresh in it. Overall OK kind of experience But definitely not coming back.

This place is hidden Gem within Al Barsha Dubai, I have personally visited many times and recommended to many of my friends. Everyone was happy with the quality and taste of food coupled with the live Bollywood music, be it your request of old / new melodies or foot tapping numbers you will be always amazed with the overall performance. The male Singer Mr. Zubair and Female Singer Ms, Sumi accompanied by two musicians will never fail to entertain you. We have booked the whole restaurant for a Wedding Anniversary celebration, the F & B Manager Mr. Rajendra Singh was happily accommodating all our requests within a reasonable budget. The service boys were happily serving the guests, I would like to mention few names here Sharif, Kamrang, Baljit were tirelessly serving the guests with an ever smiling face. The taste of food is mostly North Indian. The resturant serves hard drinks as well. Worth mentioning that the restaurant is within the Grandeur Hotel and Valet Parking is available, so no waste of time searching for the parking. If you love Indian music and wanted dine in for tasteful Indian food, would like to have some hard drinks or cocktail, this is the place.

I went for a social event & their food was served in the rooftop bar which has a stunning view of the Dubai skyline. <br/><br/>As it was a social event we were only served appetizers with house beverages. I tried their cheese balls, prawn cocktail,mutton seekh kabab , fish tikka & kebah . Everything was delicious & tasty. I really loved the seekh kababs as they were spicy!<br/><br/>For desserts we were served mini malai kulfis & freshly made jalebis. Out of the two I immensely enjoyed the jalebis they were fresh , sweet & crispy!

This has been one of the favorite places for our family get togethers. The staff are very friendly and its just a feel at home place. Food is really good and the best thing is the service is only getting better every time we visit. We have tried chutney wala jhinga, D’fusion kebab platter (non veg), Murgh Malai, kebab sampler (veg) for starters and in the mains dal tadka, gosht nawabi, methi murgh and some rotis . I love the Chutney wala jhinga and murgh malai and in the mains methi murgh is a favorite one. Everytime we visit we try couple of new dishes as per suggestion of the staff . Most of our visits we get to meet Mr Rajendra who has been absolutely remarkable in his service. I recommend this place for a chilled outings with family and kids while enjoying some good food , drinks and a lovely service.

Worst Iftar buffet experinced in dubai. Very less options in all catagories -starter, main course as well as dessert. Food was not hot, refilling was not on time, no refilling for dessert. Only chicken briyani was good which scored 1 star. And above all found hair in mutton curry 2 times but after complaint nobody came to appolgise on that so have to leave immediately. <br/>

Biryani tasted good , kebab’s were under cooked n no taste. <br/>Loved the taste of bhajiya n chole chaat. <br/>Gulab jamun was tooo sweeet. <br/>Chocolate mousse was good. <br/>On the basis of food taste it was okay okay. <br/>The staff was tooo friendly n caring nature. Very good service by d staff.

I have been to D Fusion many times, this is one of the best India Restaurants in Al Barsha 1, The reason i keep going back to this restaurant is food taste, service and Live Music:)

Wonderful ambience, good food especially startes are excellent. The music was mesmerizing ...kudos to the singers ... never seen such quality Bollywood singing in Dubai.

If you fond of Live music (hindi) than this is a must visit place. The Singers sing really good. Good Music accompanied with alcohol and good food is a delight.

D'fusion ... juss as d name says u will get d feel on their menu too. Which has sm unusual fusiontastic names. The restaurant serves ala carte as well as d buffet (only for party bookings). U can see d live kitchen in one corner, where chefs r making out d best of d dishes. Amongst d dishes we had i personally liked d Aloo Corn Tikki amongst d starter & Lahori Chicken. Their Biryani was smelling heaven as u can feel d aromatic flavours wafting out wen it is served to u.<br/>To mk d dinner memorable, they have d live band dat performs bollywood numbers, also ur requests r obliged. Was informed they do hv Karaoke night too. So if any of d budding singer wants to let ppl kno abt their talent, it can b done too.

We had been in a group of 30 people..the arrangements were perfect and service was prompt. Live chaat counter..delicious food..drinks and a rocking live band. Perfect to make any celebration special. Thumbs up to Rajkumar (f&b manager)!

It was our friends birthday and we decided to go to d'fusion, after one of our friends insisted. All of us weren't drinking except one. Hence, we really couldn't try the "must-haves" in the alcohol department. Superb restaurant, we attended a birthday party and were quiet impressed withe flawless service of snacks and chaat counter was the center of attraction, all sort of chaat was very good. We are planning to celebrate my daughters birthday party there in coming February. Singer are awesome, they can sing as per the flow of party and make you dance.

We have been to this place many times....can't believe such a good place is so hidden.<br/>The place is an absolute delight and pleasure to dine at. The ambiance, service, food, staff, cleanliness everything is up to the mark. I love the  mocktails there along with delicious paani puri.<br/><br/>A great place to dine with a huge gathering or party. The price is quite reasonable for the quality offered.

It was a Thursday night we went there with our close friends. One of our friend has recommended us for this place. We enjoyed our evening here. They have nice tandoori kebabs and a friendly service , person serving us was very helpful. The menu is quiet elaborate and you have plenty of options to choose from and price is very reasonable.The singer was amazing and we will be going there more often. Thanks to my friend Nisha for recommending us this place.

We went there two weeks back and had a wonderful meal with a very prompt and quick service. Their paani puri's are the must try. They have free valet parking. It’s a good place to hangout. Their photos on Zomato don't match with the ambiance which we found.<br/><br/>Staff was quiet helpful and we could see the chefs cooking our food. We went on Karaoke night and enjoy the singing.

Attended a birthday party and hospitality extended was great. Staff was courteous and prompt in serving orders. Live band played amazing old songs. Food was great.  Place has free valet parking.

loved the ambience, was there for my husband's 40th bday with a big group, really had fun as the live music was the HERO, so lively so entertaining and above all food was amazing . Thank u team Dfusion for making the day memorable.

I love the ambience and the food. Well.. who doesnt like vodka pani puris :) . PS - the place is not too big and does get full . With people and the ghazals - its a good place to drink but not the best if you want to sit and chat...

Restaurant located in barsha 1 just behind mall of the Emirates.<br/><br/>The low light and the live music sets the ambiance, but the food is not extra ordinary to specially visit this restaurant.<br/><br/>I have been here a couple of times because of private family parties and I believe it's a great location to throw a party in terms of alcohol as they do not charge a premium and let you even get your own before hand.<br/><br/>Will I visit this place just for casual dinner? Probably not.<br/><br/>

I was disappointed with the fact that the food wasn't actually cooked. It was embarrassing for me to actually invite my friends to the restaurant thinking that the indian food will never disappoint any foodie. But i was wrong, the service was slow and we waited for 45 mins for food wasn't even cooked. 😑👎🏽

Good food and extremely friendly staff, but the music is too loud everytime, this prevents conversations which one would have on an outing with friends!

A foodie gets excited by a couple of things:<br/>1) A brand new dish.<br/>2) An old favorite done right.<br/><br/>This place is all about the former. They have fused alot of your favorites with a lot of your other favorites. Like vodka chai, mexican bhel etc. The hotel and restaurants are owned by a friend and must say he has done a commendable job out os this place. The karoke is fun too. This is one of my favorite Indian restaurant in Dubai. Recently interior is changed. Comfortable seating, nice service and excellent live band. Price is reasonable. You can also get discount on presentation of good living card. You can also get valuet parking. Overall nice place for evening.

This review was long pending... Had been to dfusion a Cpl of months back when they had their kabab and biryani festival. The food was very tasty, kababs melt in the mouth and the biryani delicious...the vodka pani puri too was excellent. <br/>The service was very prompt and efficient and the live music band was good-played out quite a few requests of ours..<br/>All in all a very good family place... If u don't mind the music a bit loud though

Very upset dinner! Need to write a big story! Food is good as I thanked the chef too personally! Service doesn't exist it seems! Plenty to say! They said the live music will start @ 8.30pm but it never started till 9.30pm! We were waiting and left! Band people had their dinner and sitting in other table! Being hotelier I m expecting a little smile n service unfortunately it doesn't exist in this restaurant particularly the girl who were there this evening! Horrible! The boys were ok not exceptional but they are doing the basics! I chose this restaurant to treat my Friend after reading good reviews however we both decided not to recommend or revisit again this hotel! Sorry to say that this is my first bad experience in terms of service! But the supervisor was good though! Terrible f&b service

A small but lovely place. Credit to Zubair (singer) and his troupe... To keep the ambiance...maintaining the vibe. His voice brings alive songs of the old as well as new era..<br/>Food is also good and the Vodka Pani Puri is a must try for newbies. The Dal Makhani is really good with just the right amount of creaminess as well as the Prawns Tandoori.<br/>Desserts are a must especially the Multi and the Jalebis with Rabri.<br/><br/>Service needs to pick up.

Not having ever heard of this place we were not sure what we got into when purchasing offers for Iftar online. We decided to do a small informal company dinner/iftar here. And after reading some of the reviews online, which were good I felt some what reassured about the place. Mr. Tony promised us some special dishes for the day. Mr. Kuldip also provided some wonderful service.<br/><br/><br/>The place is not tough to find esp if your familiar with the Al Barsha area. The interiors are really well done with photos of yesteryear Bollywood actors and lovely lighting. <br/><br/><br/>There were nuts and dates already set upon the table. A variety of fresh juice, tea and coffee, huge selection of salad, hummus and bread with butter. Lots of bhajiya's, a good variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian food, raita, mint chutney and biryani. The dishes were quite innovative in fact, living upto the fusion theme. With fresh baked Naan and biryani rice to go with the curries. A good selection of sweets as well dal halwa, gulab jamun, cake and arabic sweets! Yummy! <br/><br/><br/>The service was very good as well. When we requested for pappad and pickle which was not there initially, for a little kid in our group we were served them immediately. And the waiters are really attentive. <br/><br/><br/>Loved the place. One would never know such a place even existed if it were not for online offers :( Please advertise more guys!

Had a great time this long weekend with friends at the Yas water world. The kids and adults starving as usual after a long day of swimming decided to head back to Dubai for dinner. D’fusion it was.. We enjoyed their live music, beautiful ambience and fusion drinks along with big pictures hung around the restaurant of legendary bollywood stars. My wife loved her vodka based all time favorite Dandi Gul. They have an entire menu of fusion Indian food and drink that we have tried earlier but this time being a mixed group we all opted for tried and tested Punjabi food. <br/>We ordered veg platters for starters that had a mix of all their tandoori classics and out of the world stuffed mushrooms. One should not miss their Adraki Mutton chops for starters as it was one of the best chops you could find. Lovely Pani Puri and it can be substituted for vodka puris too. Dhai Bhatata puri was extremely sweet and non edible but that was the only dish that went wrong the entire evening.<br/>Every single dish we ordered was made to perfection and I must mention their Dal Makhani and Dum Subz Masala Biryani. The Biryani was full of flavors and wonderful aroma, not to be missed.<br/>As per my previous experience at this place, do not opt for their buffet as it is highly disappointing and you may never return.<br/>On the whole good music, great ambiance and yummy food. Go along with your loved ones and enjoy your Khanapeena at D’fusion along with their fancy Indian fusion cocktails .

Alot of people must have never heard about Dfusion, sadly this restaurant has never been promoted anywhere, else it would have been much more popular. <br/><br/>Anyways so it was my parents wedding anniversary and they wanted to have something different but Indian. My boss suggested Dfusion as it is one of her favorite eateries. I wasn't really sure how it is and what to expect from it. Anyhow since I was short of time so I went ahead and reserved a table for 6.<br/><br/>The ambiance was nice with darker lighting and a stage for singers but I started doubting if the food is good because there was not a single person at the restaurant. It was a weekday but at least any hotel guests could have been there. Now since I was here, I had no option but to continue with the selection of restaurant for the evening. <br/><br/>We were handed three menus, one for drinks, one for the chaat corner and the main menu. I decided to go vegetarian as one of my guests was not comfy with non vegetarian food. I ordered Vodka pani puri, a veg kabab sampler. I always order sampler or platters..in this you get to try everything. Also we ordered a mexican bhel. My brother and I shared the vodka pani puri which was yum! Also bit of each kabab from the sampler plate. The standout from platter ordered was pudina paneer tikka it was melting in my mouth and had all the right flavors!<br/><br/>The starters did whet my appetite and I was looking forward to trying their main courses. In terms of fusion I was expecting a bit more however what they serve is just about fine. In main courses I ordered Paneer Makhni, daal e khaas and begare baingan. Accompaniments included some butter naans , paneer naans and wild rice pulov. Paneer Makhni was passable and so was begare baingan. Daal E khaas was good but I think I like karachi darbar's daal is better. The naans were soft and delicious especially the paneer naan which was stuffed with a whole lot of filling. The wild rice pulov was good but they mentioned in menu that it will have cottage cheese wherein I couldn't find it in the portion that I took. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, there came another family to celebrate a special occasion. The band started performing popular numbers from Indian movies. We were all handed cards on which we could request songs. So my grandfather was having fun handing out cards mentioning old hindi songs and the band kept singing/playing without any complaints. Well they were a bit loud but my family was enjoying so no complains on that.. <br/><br/>Coming back to the food..now their desserts did look tempting but I was really feeling heavy so I decided to order pista kulfi and gulab jamun with rabdi flambed in rum. The platter of pista kulfi consisted of six small lollipop sized candy shaped stick ice creams which were really delicious and i could taste pistachios prominently. The gulab jamun with rabdi was a big let down as the server didnt really know how to flambe it well. <br/><br/>Anyhow it was a decent dinner for 6 and the music kept my folks entertained. Few dishes were a hit but too many misses as well. <br/><br/>Verdict- With a group of friends who love Indian/bollywood music? Take them to this place as entertainment is good. Food is not bad either but a bit pricey.

Stepping into this restaurant, you get the feeling of nostalgia. The lighting is dull and the decor is far from pleasing to the eye. There is a live band spurring out requests from the diners and entertaining them; On their best days they sound pretty alright. <br/><br/>The menu set up is pretty "hatke" (Far from normal); Amongst the normal regulars, they have some interesting fusions on there. When I initially heard about the whole idea behind this restau, I was very excited to go try. So I did.<br/><br/>Once you look beyond the dull interior and light setup, the place is actually quite good. They offer really good food and are quite friendly with the service. The manager, with whom I had the pleasure to meet, was amazingly cheerful and helpful in answering my queries.<br/><br/>The most amazing detail here is that you can convert this restau into a ballroom or a private affair for you guests on any day. They offer you Live 'chat' counters and the lot with buffet and band at very reasonable rates.<br/><br/>I highly suggest going here if you need a change from your regular outings and cuisine. <br/><br/>MUST TRY - Vodka Pani Puri<br/>- Cheese Puri<br/><br/>Cheers x
