Very high priced and place was empty
First of all, the restaurant is just beautiful. Lovely ambiance with live music and cozy seating arrangements.
The menu is elaborate and has a very good variety. Everything I tried out here tastes great. They come beautifully presented.
The portion to price ratio is great. Alcohol is available for the ones interested. The staff is very attentive as well.
Fantastic food !! Fantatsic staff !! Vinod & Susheel were amazing on the floor!! Kudos to the chef for being so accommodating!! Overall an amazing experience!! Will definitely visit quite often !!

We were served with traditional indian Papad with delicious haari chutney.
For starters we had juicy 𝙇𝙖𝙢𝙗 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙨 and in main course we had 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙩 and 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙞. Every thing was made super fresh.
They have cocktails and mocktails with a great bar.
We had some lip-smacking mocktails.

I happen to recently visit the Dfusion Dubai in Grandeur Hotel at Al Barsha. Had heard amazing things about this Indian place with a twist. The ambience of the place is very amazing with some pretty interiors and lights. The have the made the place really well and the colours used in the place are fresh and soothing to the eyes. The place is very cute with a side of live band playing in a corner. With some amazing melody to the ears we started of with some drinks for the night. We tried the South Bombay Chuski which is actually like a Kala Khatta Gola was the twistest drink I’ve seen also ordered the Thandi Kacchi Keri which was yet another spiced sour drink for the night both were amazing. Some really good food suggestions were give by Mr. Gajanan and Mr. Nisarg for the night. We started with Dum Murg Shorba which was tasty and full of goodness. For the Appetisers we had Kurkuri Bhindi which tasted very crispy snacks lady finger chips which was really yummy real good for a good snack, next was Lamb Chops and Chicken Murgh Angara which was perfectly made meaty and juicy very good in taste with really good quantity. For main course we tried the Butter Chicken was very authentic tasty and creamy. The dessert was the best highlight of the night we went for Gulab Jamun Tiramisu, Gulab Jamun was embedded in the goodness of Tiramisu cake was a great combination together. Overall loved the place and the food and the service. Would definitely visit this place again.

The newly opened Indian restaurant in Grandeur Hotel Al Barsha, is one fine looking place. They have a live band that plays daily, providing entertainment to the hungry souls that feeding on their wide selection of Desi Culinary treat. They stay true to the namesake, Fusion, here everything from the Drinks and Food is filled with interesting fusion touches. They have an interesting selection of drinks where they have tried their mixes. Tarbooz with booze which was a Vodka/ watermelon mix, D'fusion punch which was a Tequila and beer concoction were great drinks too.

A newly opened casual dining restaurant where you can find a huge variety of the mouthwatering Indiana cuisine they have alot dishes you need to try I highly recommend the butter chicken and ther amazing mocktails
It was a wonderful night we spend @dfusion_dubai located Grandeur Hotel Al Barsha. The restaurant is licensed and serve textures and expressive range of true Indian cuisine, its exquisite contemporary combination of traditional spices and ingredients, clay oven based tandoors, kebabs and curries.
The restaurant has daily live Indian band playing your favorite numbers and special requests every evening.
The food was delicious with a twist👍🏼, staff are very helpful. Luckily we got the chance to meet the chef and get a brief on our food selection!

We were invited for the ladies night @dfusion_dubai when we gathered we had so much fun along with delicious food, lovely music and heartwarming hospitality. You will love the ambience for sure.
We have been served beverages of our choice like Virgin Mohito, Mint Cooler, Pink Lips, Desi Mojito, Kachi Keri. We enjoyed watching the making of these drinks as well. Also we had yummy Panipuri, Dahi Papdi Chaat etc., from their live Chaat counter which was unlimited. When the soul is fed, they give good live music to entertain our ears. Loved the music and the songs they played, it was very soothing while having our chaat/food.
Apart from these, we also tried they alacart food.

The D'fusion Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the Grandeur Hotel in Barsha 1.
The service was excellent and the food delicious. The staff are most courteous and humble and ready to serve.
The restaurant has a bar and also a live band playing very nice Hindi songs.
Raj the Restaurant Manager is very understanding of customers needs and is an excellent host. The meal choices offered, through Indian, were substantial, so the menu offering appeared vast enough to satisfy every type of palate.
Our experience there was a most enjoyable Dinner evening celebrating with friends and family.
