☕️ Friendly service, great looking cakes 🧁 🍰 and decent coffee 😍 Enjoyed visiting this coffee shop located in the Al Ghurair Centre which was buzzing with visitors and great music 🎶 With free WiFi if you’re searching for a place to fire up your laptop drop in to Second Cup - oh and a nice touch - my waiter Harvey invited me to take a seat, brought my coffee to me and I’m guessing will bring the bill too. Much smoother customer service and beats Qs and waiting 👍

Visited this place to meet a couple of friends after a really long time and I picked up the perfect spot . Decided to go for the americano coffee . It arrived within 5-6 mins which was pretty quick . Ambience wise the place is good and the staff people at this location are quiet friendly . Yes the americano was freshly prepared and it was perfect in taste . Loved it 👍

This was my firat time to visit Second Cup and I was not really disappointed. I met my frienda there for some business meeting and I would say the staff are very polite and very nice because we were there for about 3 hours . They did not complain. In all fairness to us, we all ordered drinks and I ordered 2 for myself. LOL. So what can I say? Their drinks are not very sweet and I just love them! I ordered the Pumpkin Drink and another latte. Their iced green tea is also good but my favorite is the frozen hot chocolate! My friend even refused to taste the other drinks because he said he wants the taste of the chocolate to linger in his mouth. We have not tasted the cakes, though so I cannot give any remarks yet. On my next visit, I definitely will!
