The chocolate French toast and shakshuka were good choices but the most interesting of all was the eggoto.... a new take on the age old risotto made using eggs! Certainly a welcome addition to the family of breakfast options!
This place is amazing. It’s a small restaurant with lots to offer. The food is so good there. I recommend trying the breakfast items. The service is great and menu has lots of items to choose from. Definitely a place to check out when visiting Dubai.

We didn’t try the Happy Egg menu; we only tried The Crab Shed 🦀
The food is delicious and you can choose your favorite boil whether shrimps or crabs or corn or mussels or rice but we chose the mixed one so we can have a taste of every thing.
The portion is enough for two and it keeps you full through the day aswell!
There are two types of sauces; thai and cajun; we chose cajun and it was delicious! You can also adjust the spices according to your preference.
There are side dishes that you can order or other meals if someone wasn’t interested with their main boil dish so it has a variety of dishes that can fit for different types of people but honestly if you order the boil; it would be enough for you with a soft drink.
The price is GREAT! One of the best priced restaurants in Dubai honestly! We like how they don’t make everything so fancy; you just feel like you’re there to eat and eat only which is something rare to find with all these super duper fancy restaurants coming up with tiny food portions.
We do suggest that if they can space up the place a bit as tables are sort of adjacent to each other; other than that everything is PERFECTO!

I like this friendly neighborhood restaurant mainly for the various egg laden dishes it offers. Nevertheless, their kitchen also offers another variety of dishes that range from modernised versions of traditional Arabic foods to local versions of Western staples. Overall, a great choice for lazy weekend breakfasts :)
Was leaving Maria Bonita nextdoor and saw this place. Few people inside eating some nice looking seafood by hand. Popped in a couple weeks later and, wow. Only have had the Cajun, but it is really delicious. Will definitely be back, will definitely recommend. Cool restaurant as well.

Really impressed with this quaint place. The avocado pesto salad blew my mind! Loved the ginger and lemon tea 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 very easy to find, although at first I couldn’t see it, it’s actually part of crab shed.

One thing i didn’t like at all about this place is their toilet, not clean and not well-equipped.
This is a small very cute place that has a wonderful sun-room.
The food portion is very generous and filling.
I usually have a big problem with the breakfast sausages at places, but I actually really enjoyed the sausage at Happy Egg. The eggs were cooked just the way I like them, a bit runny (but not too much)
My husband ordered the eggplants with potatoes and boiled eggs which he really enjoyed.
My favorite dish was the shakshouka. I honestly think this is some of the best shakshouka I have in my life!
Will be back for sure!
