We went with a pre-decided menu and the restaurant team ensured a seamless experience with service and quality. Having the inside area to ourselves and a buffet setup worked well for us with table service for guests. The food was hot throughout and freshly prepared. Chaats were crunchy and tasted great! The staff was kind enough to accommodate a few of the guests dietary preferences without fuss. The restaurant manager was kind enough to coordinate with our decorator we had hired and supported him with giving access to setup the decorations. Overall, food, service and support was commendable and highly appreciative. Definitely a great venue to host small parties. The restaurant ensures service without you having to get involved and prodding on when things must commence and the order of things.

Really disappointed...dubaibikanervala bikanervala A very renowned brand that has its branches spread all over the world and it's sad to experience low quality food and service. . . From the menu tried a simple #bhelpuri and #pavbhaji #fondue . No where close to its original taste and diluted with major unnecessary spices. Poor service offered too. . . Awful awful experience with Bikanawala - accepted order waited a long time only to be called by them to say there is no delivery boy. Absolutely unnacceptable. Even zomato agreed that it was highly unprofessional . DO not order from this highly unprofessional establishment!

With a high profile place like the pointe it was imperative to have an affordable joint in the form of Bikanervala! We are so glad this outlet is here and the best part is with Zomato Gold you get a 1+1 offer as well which is an icing on the cake! We tried the Dahi Pappdi Chaat and the Dahi Puri! Have not really tried their main course here yet but will be here soon

Nice Indian food joint

I loved the interior of The Pointe branch . The food was good and the best part is I used zomato gold so it was a good deal. I always had their Pau bhaji but this time I tried their paneer butter masala which was also very good. Their interior was very elegant and beautiful.

Of all the bikanervala branches this is one of the worst, its my second time here and their chutney with dosa is spoilt. Had informed them earlier as well. Waitors are confused. Other branches dont take soo much time with theit order. Clearly decor isnt enough to run a restaurnt.

The only indian joint at Pointe. We ordered masala dosa and asked our server to make it with less oil but it arrived loaded with butter. When we told him this, he said its not possible without oil🙄 Next we ordered idli , veg grilled cheese sandwich and veg steamed dimsums. Sambar they serve here is very good. Red chutney is not my taste since cardamom is quite strong in it. Sandwich was very average. Always like their dimsums.

Location is fantastic and we have been to one of city’s nicest Indian joint call Bikanerwala at THE POINTE... food is good but I must say our table in charge Mr. Mananjay was extraordinary and ensured that we have a really good time there... starters were very good, main course they have good options to choose from but still there are chances of improvement... Dish of the day was Dal Malhani and Man of the Match was Mr. Mananjay.... 😊

The Menu on website and Zomato and website is completely different than in the restaurant. No all the menu items were available and price were increased by 20% this is a cheating and people follow the details on Zomato and then arrive the restaurant. Upon asking the Manager they took an excuse that Zomato didn’t update the price. So either Zomato or the restaurant should pay for the price difference. Felt disguised !!

I visited this outlet of Bikanervala a few days back with my colleagues Prince and Shruti, who are the presenters of the evening show on my Radio station 89.1 Radio 4 FM. Shruti and I are discerning vegetarians while Prince is an easy going carnivore. We ordered quite a bit since we were famished and thankfully except for the long wait for our Pizza everything was good. We started with a Pani Puri which was alright going by the usual standards here. I wish they got better well cooked Puris and hot Ragda, but I have made my peace with it, it’s all good. The veg cheese grilled sandwich was strictly average and so were the dhoklas. We didn’t mind them cos perhaps we were quite hungry. The best was ofcourse saved for the last. The Veg Pizza was amazingly tasty and (and they also have Jain options). The Gulab jamun was soft and surreal with saffron essence and the icing on the cake was ironically, the masala chai that Prince ordered which prompted me to give it 4 stars. <br/><br/>It was amazing. I went again all the way from Ajman to the Karama branch just to have the tea but it wasn’t just as great at this outlet. Also, I packed a Bengali mithai (malai sandwich) from there but it was all too sweet and not all that fresh for its own good. But overall, Bikanervala is quite a bankable option in Dubai, guys please set one up in Ajman too!

Ordered 2 teas and they took over half an hour. Once the teas finally came to the table, both teas had no sugar and there were no sugar sachets at the table. Very unprofessional. Highly recommend faster service and better quality.

The restaurant is really nice in JLT with knowledgeable staff; however the opposite is true for this place. Ambience of the place is really nice with fountain view and good outdoor seating. The portion size is really small for the price charged. Some of the staff at this location are not aware of things that you ask. Overall a below average experience

We came here on diwali weekend. It was sad that having had so much crowd, they were not prepared to handle them. After hours of waiting, getting food on the table was difficult.<br/><br/>We had simply ordered paani puri, bhalla papdi chat, dahi puri, and veg manchurian. We waited for a long time for our food. When we repeatedly asked our waiter for how much we would have to wait, finally he entered the kitchen and made our chats himself and served it on our table.<br/><br/>The food was badly presented and tasted bad too.<br/><br/>All i can say is, food and service was not upto the mark and having had the largest crowd among all restaurants there, the customers were just let down.

Shut down if you can not manage crowd.

This is one of the best Bikanervala in Dubai. Great place if you want to have Indian Food with friends or family. Their Caramel milk shake is a must try.

Food taste was not at all consistent. The prices are double than the other branches for the same time and same ingredients. Worst of all, one of the ingredients was spoilt so the chaat was a big fail. Management should really look into the quality - no wonder this restaurant was empty!

Decent place, if you are looking for some Indian street food flavors. Fast and comfort foods. I would not suggest to try their Chinese dishes. Sweets and chats are quite decent. Nice decor and particularly pleasant during winter with their alfresco seating at Pointe, Palm Jumeirah.

This Bikanerwala restaurant was amazing. Our friends took us here for dinner since we were looking for good Indian cuisine. And this place surpassed all expectations. The cuisine is vegetarian and the food is excellent, and the service was superb. I must mention Narendra who was our server. He (and also the Manager and other staff) really took care of our group. They were so pleasant and went our of their way to make our dinner something to remember. The Chole Bhature, the Paneer Makhani, garlic naan, the Chinese food, the Indrani dessert, and everything else that we ordered was just wonderful.<br/><br/>Since the food and the service was excellent, we ended up visiting this place once again after a few days. We would definitely recommend this place.

Newest of all and most impressive too. This one is a proper sit down restaurant where you are served on table. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Both food and presentation were of semi fine dining level and so are the interiors.

We enjoyed our visit to Bikanerwala and loved the ambiance from the moment we stepped in. The service was impressive and we couldn't wait to eat. We ordered the chole bhature which was on point. Bhaturas were Super crisp on the top and soft when taken a bite off. Chole was well done and had the same taste as a Delhi person will approve. Next was the Matar Kulcha which was scrumptious, and we would definitely order it again! The Paneer Makhani and naan was also mouth-watering and at the end of the meal we were so full and very happy. Although the Bikanerwala is pretty much the same at all its location, but this one is of course at one of the best new hangouts of Dubai - The Pointe. Though there isn't a view from the restaurant. We would definitely come back for more food soon and a huge thanks to all the staff!

Last night we dine-in in Bikanervala- at the Ponite Palm Jumeirah, so as always we are so fond of this franchise that not only India but in Dubai also love to visit.<br/><br/>So yesterday we tried Tandoor platter, and we were disappointed because it’s also included Soya Kabbas but it’s was missing. When we asked the waiter the where is Soya Kabbas, then he said they don’t have it. It’s must be informed to us while ordering the food.<br/><br/>Then we had Chinese combo and it’s was good. We also had Rasmallai it’s was awesome and orange juice and Chaach was also very refreshing.<br/><br/>But last not on least the interior was very fancy, very modern. <br/> <br/>So if you haven’t visit this place, please give it a try.

Popped in for a quick snack fix and wasn’t disappointed. Had the sev puri and pain puri. Good stuff. The ambiance was classed up for the location of the outlet and service was good too. Zomato gold really lets you try more at less prices so that was an added bonus.

Im huge fan of bikanervala so it was obvious that without a question i would go in.<br/>As i walked in the "Palm Jumeriah -the pointe branch had such a horrible experience.<br/>We sat there for 25 minutes and nobody showed up to take our orders ....the manager was busy attending the customer who was already in there the menu was handed and nobody turned up as i sat there i saw the staff walking around i even called one of them but it was too loud to hear me i guess but zero efforts was made to check on us.<br/>We walked out of there and we saw the manager just watching us leave dint even bother to ask what happened a basic courtesy.<br/>Making someone wait for this long is unacceptable!<br/>

Nice ambience and good food with good hospitality. Recommended this place. The naan and mushroom was good. The manager Neeraj was excellent.

My family recently visited Dubai and we researched this place as we were looking for veg only restaurants. The food we ordered was excellent, had ordered Dal Fry, Jeera Rice, Veg Biryani, Pizza and Sandwich. Special shout out and thanks to Neeraj Manocha for ensuring my family was taken care of and did not feel out of the place. Good luck and best wishes to Bikanervala and Neeraj.

Yesterday we visited this place with a group of our friends and unfortunately experienced a very pathetic service from the staff. We had to remind several times about our dishes and the staff had absolutely no track over what was served and what was not. Though they were giving excuse of being Friday but frankly I didn’t find restaurant to be much crowded. Food was good but the service was very poor.

Only place in The Pointe which is pure vegetarian restaurants and famous Indian chain where you can have all kind of Indian food. We ordered Chinese ... North Indian food and pav bhaji which was superbly delicious place were busy due to weekend so service was slow but superb location. Don’t forget to have malai kulfi

Nice food, we loved it. Nice vegetarian food. Great ambience. Chats were good and but the chinese food was a bit oily. But no offers on any credit card nor the pointe card. Expensive a bit.

We had a memorable breakfast at this branch with our family on a lazy friday morning....The Manager Neeraj was very cordial and welcoming...he suggested the best indian meals and we wish him and the branch a huge success...we look forward to receiving discounts from zomato as well.

We were a group of 12 on a weekend. The service was really quick and friendly. We had ordered couple of dosas, chole bature, chaats and pav bhaji. Both the dosas and chole bature were good. However the chaats and pac bhaji were exceptional. The best pav bhaji I have had. Crispy toast and oh so buttery. The bhaji was delicious too!

Amazing Indian breakfast, authentic cuisine and excellent presentation and packaging.. will definitely be ordering again from Bikanervala.. great job

Food and service exceeded expectations. Mananjay was a great host. Prices were also very reasonable especially for the quality and taste. Definitely recommend the dosa, Biryani, dal makhani, pani puri, all naan and just everything in the menu.

Been to this place with friends over the evening ! Since the weather was really nice and cold we decided to hop in for tea! Right from the time we stepped in the ambience just got to us ! We ordered few stuffs which were good ! Aloo tikki chat, papri chat and sev puri was nice ! Only thing they could improve on is the service and little bit on presentation of food ! Overall a must visit place when you drive down #the pointe

What a fantastic restaurant! We are here in Dubai on vacation from San Francisco and while walking around discovered Bikanervala... Absolutely amazing food, super clean, incredible service!! We ordered a allu tikki burger and a paneer tikka platter. The paneer tikka honestly I can say was one of the best I've ever had.. soft paneer and delicious! ... allu tikki burger was also yum! Highly recommended. The service staff at this place went out of their way to make us happy!! 10 stars out of 5!

Big family Saturday brunch to check out this new picturesque location. With super weather the experience to visit makes it better.<br/><br/>With big groups comes the difficulty to click pictures but I quite well remember all the food I tried!<br/><br/>Mix Platter without the Soya - a bit small in portion, good for 3 to share. The paneer and mushroom are good.<br/><br/>Paneer Dimsums - a bit too much garlic, whether in the filling or dipping sauce, more like a momo.<br/><br/>Ginny Dosa - quite good, the sambar is really nice<br/><br/>Onion Kulcha and Daal makhani - super crispy kulcha, super creamy daal, heavy and delightful.<br/><br/>Dahi puri - very nice<br/><br/>Chola bahtura - apparently a speciality, worth a try.<br/><br/>Onion Rawa Dosa - although not oily, this was soft and non crispy, wasn't to my taste.<br/><br/>Bhel - very good<br/><br/>Ras Malai and Angoori Rabdi for desserts are good.<br/><br/>Overall, the ambience is great, service good, priced well, and a vegetarians haven.<br/><br/>

Good place for chat at palm, ordered bhel puri was tasty spicy and alo paratha was yumm. Missed SAMOSA and VADA .. Will visit again as ambience and service was good..

I ordered the gini dosa, it was the worst dosa ive had in my entire life. Will never ever order from here again and i suggest you all to not order it as well.. forget how horrible the dosa is...i don’t understand the use of elaichi in chutney (red and coconut chutney) please fix it. The beet and carrot in my dosa were raw, the cheese tastes like nothing the paneer tasted like rubber and paper, no salt no flavour.. i can go on and on about how bad it was!!!

This is not the usual Biknervala but their fine dining concept similar to the one at Al Seef.<br/>The experience is 360degrees different and so is the waterfront dining experience.<br/>The Mix Veg Platter is a must try with good mix of paneer, soya, allo and kebabs all well marinated and cooked in live tandoor. We specifically loved the dal makhni combo with mouth watering garlic nans. There is a new dish called Ginny Dosa which is unbelievable. Grated paneer with beetroot and vegetarian marination served in 4 large pieces of Dosa vertically served with sambar and 2 chutneys....must try.<br/>A highly recommended dish is the veg dum biryani which they asked us to smell first. Never smelt so good with best in class aromatic flavours, with many pieces of almond and dry fruits. Overall the restaurant delivered a 10/10 experience with the lively ambience and the warm hospitality of Neeraj the restaurant manager.

Great food and great service and I think the only Indian restaurant on the Palm except those fond in the Palm based hotels. Johnny and Mananjeh provided really good service. Wonderful vegetarian food. Sat outside by the fountain.
