Known for its traditional Indian sweets, snacks and pure vegetarian Indian food. The brand traces its humble beginnings to 1905, originating from the royal state of Rajasthan, India. Bikanervala offers a wide range of vegetarian options to choose from.I recently visited their branch in The Pointe – conveniently located near the parking, it is easy to spot the place. They have an elegant setting with beautiful interiors and bollywood music – giving those proper desi vibes.The menu is super wide – offering everything from chaat to kebabs, biryanis, indian sweets and much more!We started off with try Dahi Puri from their chaat section. A delicious plate of 6 puris partially filled with the mashed potatoes; topped with sweet tamarind chutney and beaten yoghurt and garnished with sprinklings of sev, pomegranate and finely chopped coriander leaves. If you are a fan of Dahi Puri, make sure to try this one on your visit here – you won’t regret it!Paneer Tikka: Paneer is quite a tricky snack as not all places serve soft paneer which is a disappointment. However, the paneer of this place was MINDBLOWING! An added feature is that the paneer they use in their dishes are all made in-house – the reason behind the freshness! Absolutely loved how delicious this was.Soya Tikka: I’m not a fan of soya tbh but this starter was actually pretty good. The soya was marinated to perfection was extremely delectable.Bathinda Mushroom: I can’t do my vegetarian meal without mushrooms! A die hard fan of mushroom, i had to try this snack. A flavorful spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms – a must try for all the mushrooms! Highly recommend it!Firdausi Aloo: Stuffed with cottage cheese and chickpeas – this dish was a unique one and quite interesting. If you are a potato fan – go for this!If you are still not ready to get to the mains, they have got a variety of street food options for you! We tried their Pad Bhaji. I’m a sucker for butterly flavorful pav bhaji. Hands down, one of the best pav bhaji’s i’ve had in Dubai! With just the right spices, the chef does full justice to this one!Moving onto the mains, we tried their Veg Dum Biryani. This was served along with Raita. 2 words for this – Aromatic and Appetizing! With a burst of flavors – this biryani was well cooked with vegetables, herbs and spices. The raita was like a cherry on top 🙂To end with, we tried their gulab jamun! I’m super choosy when it comes to gulab jamun as i don’t prefer it with elaichi (cardamom). Fortunately, there was no elaichi in this except just a slight aroma to it. Soft and made with perfect sweetness – i LOVED their gulab jamun! Definitely worth trying’All in all the place definitely deserves a visit! If you’re a vegetarian, take yourself as totally sorted. And if you think vegetarian food is boring, visit the place and prove yourself wrong 😛

Bikanervala is the most Iconic place in UAE for street food. The Pointe branch in an upgraded venue for fine dining. They have a brilliant spread of Indian dishes,snacks and sweets which are pure vegetarian, and cooked in hygienic kitchens .
You'll be spoiled for chaat choices here, because they have everything from raj kachoris to bhel puris and pani puris.They also have some South Indian dishes on the menu.
Bikanervala is known for its superior in taste and quality of dishes.
You get to hold your own warm, sweet, custom indulgence as the menu is a well-rounded take on wholesome Indian food. The sweets displayed are rather ace and will vanish in a speed of light once they are on your table.

Dahi Puri - The feeling of tasty cup shaped crispy seasoned mouth watering delight is beyond words.
Sunheri Kurkuri - Veggis stuffed inside a roll sheets coasted with vermicelli & fried.
Bhatinda Mushroom - A burst of flavours with cheese and spinach
Main course
Paneer Shahi Andaz - This ever so versatile humble and all time favorite
Veg Dum Biryani - This Biryani is authentic with flavours & classy presentation is too goo.
Desserts
Bengali Sweets - I love the sweets here . They are too good.
Rabri Faluda - this homemade rabri with noodles and syrup is too good to resist.
The place is amaze with space to chill with friends and family over some chai, chaat or some delicious dishes.
Staff are very courteous especially Lalen fid a wonderful customer service.
The food here is just amazing! Really delicious and all vegetarian dishes which are full of so much flavour. I really loved the Salsa corn it was the best thing I've ever had in Dubai and still so healthy! The staff are so friendly here they made us feel so welcome. What an amazing location also at The Pointe on The Palm. Highly recommend 😍

Located near the stunning Atlantis, this branch of Bikanervala has great ambience with great lighting and soft instrumental, bollywood music in the background.
Coming to the food,
●Drinks- 4/5- Mango Lassi & Caramel Milkshake- both were of perfect consistency, the respective flavours were totally on point.
●Dahi Puri 5/5 ❤ FAV dish since forever. Crisp golgappas drenched in sweet curd balanced with the right amount of spices, stuffed with chana and potato, garnished with beetroot, sev, pomegranate seeds and boondi. Love it.
●Matar Kulcha 5/5❤ Buttery kulchas perfectly crisped on the outside without taking away the softness from it. Served with mildly spiced matar, taken to another level with the addition of a few drops of lime and green chilly.
● Tandoori Platter 4/5 Not a fan of Mushroom, hence they replaced it with dahi kebab on my request. This one has SOYA KEBAB (perfectly cooked and dressed with the right amount of spices), PANEER TIKKA (great marinade on good quality paneer), POTATO POCKETS(stuffed with paneer, nuts, crispy potato, carrot and beans, a little bit on the dry side and needed more salt) and DAHI KEBAB ( soft, melt in mouth, should have been crispier on the outside and needed green chillies in the stuffing)
●Dal Makhani 4/5 - velvety & rich
●Paneer Shahi Andaz 3/5- delicately spiced with being on the sweeter side (cashew based gravy), has a nice flavour of kasturi methi.
●Stuffed Aloo Kulcha 4.5/5- soft, good stuffing
●Lachha Paratha 4.5/5- flaky, just like they should be.
●Malai Sandwich 4/5- Chhena sandwiched between two layers of dried rasgulla. Interesting combination of textures and tastes.
●Rabri Falooda 5/5❤- beautiful presentation. Melt in mouth rabri with falooda, completely balanced dish when it comes to the sweetness.
●Indrani Cup 5/5❤- their dessert speciality. Small balls of cottage cheese topped with special rabri, garnished with saffron and pista. Super creamy, super rich, sugar is just the right amount.
We were served by Mr. Narender Singh, who was impeccably professional and took great care of us. Thankyou for having us.
With a high profile place like the pointe it was imperative to have an affordable joint in the form of Bikanervala! We are so glad this outlet is here and the best part is with Zomato Gold you get a 1+1 offer as well which is an icing on the cake! We tried the Dahi Pappdi Chaat and the Dahi Puri! Have not really tried their main course here yet but will be here soon
Loved the place, the staff is very friendly.
And food is tasty as we can expect from a reputed international brand like bikanervala🙂🙂.

This outlet is very different from typical bikanerwala outlets around the town. Theme to interior, everything is superior. Located Inside Al seef village, they have given a very traditional look to match the location feel. Good option if you want a different experience than a standard dining.

The restaurant played host to my daughter’s first birthday. The staff put up an excellent show and ensured the experience was trouble free and smooth.
We went with a pre-decided menu and the restaurant team ensured a seamless experience with service and quality. Having the inside area to ourselves and a buffet setup worked well for us with table service for guests.
The food was hot throughout and freshly prepared. Chaats were crunchy and tasted great! The staff was kind enough to accommodate a few of the guests dietary preferences without fuss.
The restaurant manager was kind enough to coordinate with our decorator we had hired and supported him with giving access to setup the decorations.
Overall, food, service and support was commendable and highly appreciative.
Definitely a great venue to host small parties. The restaurant ensures service without you having to get involved and prodding on when things must commence and the order of things.
