Drinks are amazing but sandwiches are super salty and full of mayo and all processed meat not real chicken or turkey.
Icons Coffee Couture is a German lifestyle coffee chain focusing on organic coffees, teas and healthy, but joyful sweets & treats! Icons is famous for its sugar-free bakery, beverage & ice cream assortment which is sweetened all naturally with the zero calorie sweetener stevia, organic agave or dates!
Icons Coffee Couture is located just outside World Trade Centre Metro station. They have a nice indoor as well as a outdoor seating. They have Organic, Sugar Free and Gluten free items on the menu.
I started off with a Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate and German Breakfast platter. It was freshly made and was delicious. I then tried the Chicken Pesto Waffle sandwich which was amazing. The waffle was freshly prepared upon placing the order.
I tried the Vegan Chocolate cake which was absolutely scrumptious. The strawberry Sorbet was tasty too.
I took home 3 cookies which were well packed in the gift box and were delectable. The service is great and the food is fresh and nice.
A very nice concept, unique cups, waffle sandwiches are excellent.
I would have given them a five star rating but I have the following comments:
- salads were not available
- the service was too slow
- the waiter was not friendly
Besides that the food was very good and the drinks as well.
The fact that they do not serve soft drinks is cool.
Saw this place during a casual drive near Trade Center and thought of giving it a try.
They had quite a few options on their menu but a lot of it was out of stock probably due to the high traffic of office crowd in the morning.
We tried their hot Mocha and Macadamia nuts brownie - both were devine.
The brownie specifically was made of macadamia nuts, had no flour (gluten free), sugar free and tasted better than a regular brownie.
They use natural sugars in quite a few products and also have options of soy milk, almond milk, etc.
The ambience is excellent, service is above par and we loved the Floral guided us with everything.
Definately going back here to try their other offerings.

I came across this cafè as I was looking for some rest after the big sale at Trade Center. The most amazing thing is service. Sauda was just so welcoming, polite and attentive - she gave me the wifi password before I even asked for it! She really made this lunch extra pleasant. The atmosphere is nice, the place is simply decorated, but it is very clean and there is a good smell. The only negative thing is that the music was a bit loud for a cafè - not like a club obviously, but I got a couple of calls while I was there and it was a bit loud. On to the food:
- Halloumi Waffle (24AED) --> I eat a lot so I try to stay healthy when I can (not that I succeed), and I REALLY appreciate that they list calories for most of their dishes. The waffle was well-cooked, crispy and was made with whole wheat flour but tasted nice (not like cardboard). It was quite generously filled with olives, halloumi, sundried tomatoes, rocca leaves, mayo and zaatar powder. There was a bit too much sauce for my liking, but then I like very little sauce in my sandwiches. It tasted really good, nevertheless.
- Skinny cappuccino (15AED) --> I asked for some cocoa powder on top. This was nice but not the best coffee I've had, the foam didn't have much substance and completely disappeared as soon as I stirred the coffee. I prefer it a bit thicker, but the coffee tasted good.
- Fiji Water (10AED) --> There were no prices for water on the menu. I normally ask for local water, when I got fiji I was afraid it was going to be something really silly like 20 aed, thankfully it was ok.
The bill came to 49 aed, which is not a bad price for what I had. The sandwich is not huge but it is very filling. They also have a voucher bundle which is worth it if you work in the area, for 99 aed you get 32 vouchers, 6 different types of buy one get one free (6 buy one coffee, get one free, 6 buy one waffle sandwich get one free, 6 buy one cake and get one free, etc.). Finally, I was offered a free vanilla ice-cream sample (fairly big, like 4/5 teaspoons), it was sweetened with stevia and it tasted delicious - they won me over with a bit of free ice-cream, not gonna lie! :) I will definitely be back - thanks for a lovely lunch!
Enjoyed a (somewhat guilt-free) evening here at ICONS coffee couture. We ordered their waffle burger (beef pastrami and halloumi). Taste-wise, I would recommend the beef pastrami variant, it was quite filling and fully stuffed.
Their cheese cake was ordinary, with a malted milk powder taste. Their macademia brownie on the other hand was a sure winner! Topped with a dollop of date ice cream and drizzled with melted chocolate, it was both incredibly rich and filling.
Their coffee does not disappoint. Freshly brewed with a strong, intense taste. Not a coffee you'd have in the evening though!
When Icons expanded their signature Cookie Cake collections by adding Oreo Cookie Cake, we got a dazzling chance to experience it at World Trade Center, Dubai. About: ICONS Coffee Couture is a fashionable Coffee Franchise Concept, created by German Model Elena Weber, focusing on healthy menu using organic, naturally sweetened and gluten-free varieties for guilt-free joy.
Tried their signature Waffle Burger which was really yum. Coffee was quite decent, however the raspberry cheesecake was average. Overall, a good place to chill in the heart of World Trade Centre
Nice, coffee chat place..cool and relaxing...good quality served...visited late night...varieties of products available...enjoyed the ambience.
Enjoyed breakfast and snack at this place. Sugar free and healthy goodies to much on. Flower tea was soothing. Their breakfast menu is delicious tried the egg waffle without turkey bacon and highly recommend it! They sugar free brownie and cookie topped off with ice cream are delicious.

Très bon expresso et Ice Latte Caffe. Plutôt au calme dans le Mall. Personnel serviable. Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne. Propose également à manger , sucré ou salé. Les prix sont corrects. Mention spéciale aux fauteuils qui permettent de bien se relaxer pendant la visite du Mall.

I love this place because it’s very quiet and I get to do stuff here (editing, writing, designing). The staff are also very friendly. I also love Caribou. It’s one of my fave coffee shops. The only thing I don’t like here is that it gets so hot sometimes. I am not sure if the air condition is working properly. Thus, I rarely come here during summer. But once in a while I come coz I miss the place. 😂😉

Wow!!! the molten chocolate cake is very tasty. The staff are very friendly as well, then its very accessible since its close in the fountain area which is located in Lower Ground Floor food court here in Dubai Mall, you have lots of options if you love sweets. Very Satisfied customer here. ☺️
