A quick review of this place specially the banana Split which we tried last evening... It was nice and delicious and njoid more coz the banana wasn't completely ripe... So i liked it more... Liked the boat in which they serve... Worth it..

Friday night we were in the mood for some ice cream. As we were close to the Kite Beach, Dessert Island was a convenient option for us. The key points:
✅Entertainer friendly (40 AED for both)
✅Helpful staff
✅Strawberry was ok, sherbet was so delicious 😋
✅Huge portion of ice cream

Overall it was a nice experience

We ordered Oreo1 waffle and gelato. The waffle was freshly made and ice cream texture being amazing, they were also very generous with the oreo unlike last time but this time they dint let us down hence it gets a thumbs up! The location is no doubt one of my favorite places and weekend its usually crowded and as its a small joint making it tedious to place the order however its all worth it for that yum waffle! Must try :)

My visit to this place may be frequent once summer hits! We tried the Chocoholic Loaded Milkshake, and damn was it good! Just the right consistency and right amount of chocolate! Couldn't ask for more for that price! 😍👍🏼

I have tried their crepes and icecream. Almost all icecream have nice creamy texture, apart from one which my friend tried ( dont remeber the exact name, something charcoal) it was disastrous. serving size and sevice is good.

The best part about desset island is it’s location. Gelato on the beach side is every person’s dream.
Tried their Going nuts sundae, was not disapoointed.If you’re on Kite beach and are craving for an ice cream, simply head to this island.

I mean anything would taste better with the kind of view I had while sipping the delicious super fruity smoothie! 😜
The smoothie was just perfect! The taste, texture, looks ! Everything! I would definitely go and have it again!

An amazing little find - looks like a little washed up shack on the beach perfect for its location. Gelato in every flavour to meet your every whim and an extensive menu of freshly hand crafted smoothies using only healthy ingredients. I went back here x 3 on my Holiday and wasn’t disappointed, prices are what you expect in a trendy location like this however you wouldn’t mind as the quality is top notch. Highly recommend!

I had the bye bye fat smoothie and later tried the waffles topped with banana, Nutella and vanilla ice cream. The smoothie was very refreshing and the waffles were top quality. All in all, a great experience!

I love the ice cream here, though slightly over priced but worth the taste, it was quite crowded being a Friday, but the wait was worth it. Kite beach is one of my favourite places to pamper my taste buds and sweet tooth and Dessert Island does the trick
