Such high quality fresh ingredients is what makes this place literally the best in the city! Such amazing prices for such yummy healthy food is so rare to find in Dubai! Definately recommending this place & will keep going back!

I have never been in love with healthy food concept like I did today. Cannot praise The Green Fridge enough!!
If you are in a mood of having just salads which is not only filling but delicious then I would strongly recommend to try the yummy and healthy salads from The Green Fridge. I had ordered for Vegan protein, Oats morning , Chia mango jar , Blue berry granola , Arabica, Fruits salad and Avo banana drink. The have different salads having vegetarian, fish n chicken options. I opted for veggies. For me the salad was filling enough as a meal.
All the items i ordered was fresh. The Arabica salad is to die for. Delicious!! Also extremely fresh. Avocado banana was amazing too. The quantity was pretty good and it tasted great! Excellent quality of ingredients, fresh and flavoursome dressings. I loved the pomegranate vinaigrette a lot. Packaging is cute
The salads are amazingly well prepared in those cute little jars. The balance between taste and nutrition is just right. The green fridge is my partner in 100 days challenge I have taken up.
The green fridge has great prices for healthy food and top notch ingredients that you can taste in every bite! I tried their blueberry granola yoghurt, which was a little too sweet for my taste. I also tried their pesto halloumi wrap which was nothing short of delicious! Very flavorful, filling and pocket friendly at AED 26. The lentil salad comes in a huge jar and generous in terms of quantity. It’s chock full of fresh veggies and the cumin lime dressing on the side really balanced the flavors. Will order again if I forget to meal prep the previous day, especially the salad as it’s a very well balanced meal!

The best place for healthy meals I found so far. Clean meals and also easy to personalize. Good job. I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat simply and healthy.
I will definitely order here again.I had the breakfast barrito wrap and after adding a bit of salt and some cheese(guilty cheese lover)it was devine.The orange and carrot juice was so tasty.
This is the place to order from when somebody is on a Keto diet. One could choose and control all the ingredients that goes in to the food. It may seem pricy. But considering the quality of the ingredients, packaging and service, it is definitely worth paying for.

Review
Lunch take-outs get healthy with The Green Fridge in town! When I first heard the name, I just assumed it would be some eco-friendly joint serving food in recycled paper or something but as it turns out it is actually body-friendly! We had the pleasurable opportunity to try them out, and since it is take-out only, we were even more pleased to save on the commute time we did not have to bother about.
One look at their menu and I will bet that you will either over order or/and be lost for choice! Anyways if you eat too much of a good thing, it is not bad, right?
Verdict
The Green Fridge has a few hit's and misses for sure, but you cannot take away from the fact that it is one of the major health food initiatives we have jabel ali, DIP side. The food is 100% fresh and worth your money. We are actually positive about the fact that if the wraps had reached us a bit early, they would have possibly tasted better! The salads were outstanding and our favorites, in fact, my wife and I already agreed upon ordering salads from her on a weekly basis. It is superb initiative that must be recognized and kudos to them for making us feel guilty about all those KFC takeaways for the "lack of choice"

A great Concept. I have tried almost all their salads because I work in IMPZ and they delivery to that area. In the past they had some delays in their delivery but now they deliver within 40 minutes.
My favorite dish is the Harvest Sala-Meal, whoever designed this salad is a real genius, and yes it is a Sala-Meal as they claim.
Love their soups as well, especially the Lentil one.

Good variety of keto meals although a little overpriced. The lady working there is very nice and accommodating. Would be great if you include the macros for every item on the menu.
