With a nice winter windy weather this outlet gives a nice seashore viwbe to Nesnass beach. It islwas the only food venue in that area as far as I could see. Was pleasantly surprised to find salmon sandwich option. Their bread is fresh yet enough crunchy. Salmon turned out to be perfectly combined with ruccola and cream cheese. Portion is big enough to keep you occupied for 10 minutes .
The only flaw was the extra charge for different varieties of bread.
If you happen to be at Kite Beach (back of Sunset Mall), better try this joint. We love the Barbeque Meatballs! Their bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, not at all soggy. Excellent customer service!
Great place on the beach, their bread in sandwiches is super fresh and crunchy, and their sandwiches are very good. The place have great view of the whole beach and burj al Arab. The staff is very friendly. The only shortfall would probably be the fact that they charge for ketchup?? Something I do not understand, if you are a customer paying 40aed for menu, charging for a packet of ketchup seems rather ridiculous.
We decided to try this with the entertainer vouchers when we visited the beach here. We ordered the Chicken tikka and Caesar chicken baguettes. Overall they tasted nice and were a decent size too. Limited options but their sandwiches are good.
Located behind sunset mall , A Small shop located next to the beach Absolutely loved it , ordered the chicken tikka wrap and Halloumi sandwich . They prepared it fresh and lots of salads were been added to the sandwich . It was wrapped and served within 5 mins . The first bite was so crunchy and good in taste . Very much enjoyed it and the sandwich was also very much filling . Staff was also very much friendly . Will definelty recommend this place to my friends 👍🏻
Tried this place last week Tuesday & ive been going there everyday since!
We've tried nearly all their sandwiches & we can honestly say it is amazing. Each cheese or sauce that is placed in their matches perfectly with their different typed sandwiches!
They offer white, brown & stone baked bread!
They have the perfect sandwiches to have while you enjoy a day at the beach😍 the view goes amazing with their sandwiches.
Hopefully coming back in the weekend for breakfast!

Went for a stroll on the kite beach so decided to grab a quick snack. The loaction is great. I ordered sweet chilli baguette. It was quite fresh and tasted good.
The Roast Beef and BBQ Meatball sandwiches were quite nice, really juicy and filled with flavour.
The Salmon and Catalan sandwiches on the other hand were a little bland for me, but the bread is super crunchy which really brings the whole sandwich together.
It's located along the beach, which makes for good snacking food after a swim.

شاطيء نظيف مناسب للسباحة، يوجد غرف استحمام، مكان جميل للمشي و الجلسة على البحر حتى لو كنت لوحدك، يتوفر كراسي مفردة منتشرة على الصخور حافة البحر للاستمتاع بصورة البحر و الجلوس عنده عن قرب و امان
نحب سموثي “feels happy” ، و الساور دوه فرنش توست لذيذ خاصة بدون المابل او شوي. جربت سندويج Grilled chicken and cheese، وضفت وياه سماشد افوكادو رغم ان مب في المنيو و طلع المكس حلو أنصحكم . الطلب ياخذ وقت أتوقع بسبة الزحمة
