If you’ve been in Dubai for a long time, then you must have visited or atleast heard of this 30 year old restaurant. But fret not, the restaurant is spacious and the interiors were recently renovated and it looks very neat and pretty. The staff are very friendly too and service is good. I visited here last Tuesday with my family and though my hubby is a hardcore non-veg. lover, he too enjoyed dining here. We chose Paneer Tikka and Mushroom Manchurian Dry as starters, Mango Lassi & Lemon Juice for drinks and some South Indian favorites as mains. The Mushroom Manchurian was very delicious and it was an instant hit amongst us. The lassi was yummy too. Paneer Tikka was unfortunately not that great as paneer was unevenly sliced and some were too thick to absorb the flavors. We also tried their Ghee Roast and Vada. Both were crisp and the red and white chutneys are a must try. Sambar was ok. Also try their filter coffee!!
