The dining experience during COVID was excellent. The staff were all taking proper precautions, there was sanitizer bottles on each table (bonus- the sanitizers smelt great). The food (deluxe thali) tasted great and service was also great. Special thanks to Rupendar and Sonpal for making our experience enjoyable.

So I have been to Chappan Bhog before covid 19, but this is my first visit since Covid-19 safety measures have been implemented in restaurants. What I was impressed about is that, there was someone to open the door for you, and greet you before they check your temperature and then you can choose to sit at your table. Due to covid-19, there are four tables on both the lower and upper floor. There are stickers for 2 meter distance at the sweets counter. We were craving for cheat today, so we ordered Ragda Patti's, Pav Bhaji, Pani Puri and Lassi. Food is served in disposable plates and single used plastic is given. We asked for Ruafza to be added to the Lassi, as my husband loves it. I have always loved their chaats as a kid. Love the fact that the taste and flavour of the food is consistent in all their branches around the country. I fell in love with their food when I used to visit them in Abu Dhabi, and it does remind me if my childhood till now. Overall the service of the restaurant was pleasant and the staff was friendly.
Very tasty food . Enjoyed the the time spent at completely newly renovated restaurant .
All staffs were very courteous and visited many times to ask for .
Upendra was the one who served us very well and advised us on food type and taste as well . Well priced . My Best wishes as restaurant opened after March .
