“Amazing food and first class service “
Wow!what can I say about this place,first of all about the menu great and exciting menu created by chef Arun Raj ,the menu clearly shows his talent and experience,as soon as we sat special tea was served ,that’s created a homey atmosphere,me and my partner start our Ustaad journey with special mutton soup ,amazing soup nothing else to say, next stop with Mr.Been the chicken starter ,amazing presentation and taste, move on to next stop nice appam with chicken fry and fish nellikka manga curry, small pieces of chicken cooked to perfection,nice and crunchy,the fish curry no word to explain the taste it’s amazing ,each dishes are enough to share ,finally we reach our destination desserts we had the special coconut dessert,nice and creamy and mouthwatering,fantastic presentation ,the food quality and presentation is up to the five star level, don’t forget about the fantastic service provided by charming Aneesh , helpful,always smile on the face , ready to assist at any given time, we strongly recommend this restaurant, see you guys soon,keep up the passion.
I have come to this place on a couple of occasions with my family . Everytime I have been delighted. New place with decent prices and good personalized service by the staff...All the starters are must try...Chef you are the best :)
I think chattichore is the signature dish. I tried almost all . Place is bit congested. Their meals were also good with limited number of side dishes. I liked their payasam and salted pineaple.
Amazing kerala food. Ambience is nostalgic for kerala people. Theme of the restaurant is similar to traditional restaurants in kerala.
I liked the food. Quite impressed by their refreshing theme.

Visited this outlet yesterday expecting to have our favourite Pandal biryani. Presumably due to COVID-19 restrictions, it was unavailable. The menu was limited to the famed beef chatti choru, palli choru and drinks.
We ordered one of each and weren't disappointed.
Beef chatti choru: Parboiled rice, thoran(amaranth stir- fried with coconut), beef curry, beef fry, papad, chilli pickle and ginger curd.
All the components were excellent, especially the beef fry with its well-marinated and tender pieces of beef.
Palli choru: ghee rice, beef curry, chicken fry, raita, papad, lady's finger sambar.
Ghee rice was made with the Malabari variety khaima rice which was perfectly cooked and had a superb aroma and flavour. The meal took us back to the traditional Malabari Muslim wedding feast.
Both the dishes came with payasam which, wasn't up to the mark (not creamy enough and a tad sweet for my taste), but that wasn't the main component so we didn't mind at all.
We also ordered lime soda which was cool and refreshing.

since we are vegetarians we had limited option ,however the flavour profile was not compromised .

I was terribly missing Kerala as every year I take a trip down to my home during this time. Thanks to Corona it is not happening tjis year That is why I have decided to visit a Kerala restaurant. And I have only tried Chatti Choru which was superb. The beef chatti choru had cheera thoran, beef fry, beef curry, chilly chutney and ginger curd. I absolutely loved it and I am drooling right now while writing the review.
The ambience is really cool and interiors reflects the traditional Kerala style houses near beach.. food variety and style of presentation is also totally unique and interesting...
Awesome food !! Beef Kumbankootu is one of the best beef I have tasted in UAE . Highly recommended is their biriyani as well. Good food and on time deliver .
Ordered their special item of Chattichoru and Pallichoru. As the name, food didn't disappoint us. Nice ambience and food was served quick too. Had their kulukki sharbath, which turned out better than expected. Just a normal restaurant with good food.
Thought of having something for the afternoon and Ustad Hotel was the place I chose today since its been so long been there.
Since they opened 2 weeks ago, they had only limited dishes available. I was expecting wide varieties when I got into the resto. Menu card was not provided. The server told me about “Chatti Porotta” as I was interested in a combo dish.
Chatti Porotta: 2 Porottas served with Kerala style beef curry, beef coconut fry and bullseye. Quite Fancy at first look.
Porotta beef curry was an amazing combo. Well cooked. However beef fry was a bit hard (seems like not pressure cooked). They have to improve. But overall, the dish was nice.
Ambience: Calm and Relaxing. Less crowd
Average pricing. Not that cheap. Zomato gold members get additional 25% discount on total bill which is an amazing offer.
