The Spanish omelette had french fries & cheese inside, such a delicious surprise! Also the chocolate croissants were delightful! perfectly baked and had the perfect amount of chocolate inside.
We stayed at Ibis and enjoyed the elaborated breakfast buffet
there are a variety of items served at the breakfast including pancakes freshly prepared eggs baked beans salad cheese hummus bread cereals tea coffee juices and a lot more!

We are staying in Ibis Central located in World Trade Center, availed its Buffet Breakfast. It was good.
Fresh Fruit Salad to start a day was good.
Egg prepared as choice which was good with crispy chicken strips.
A wide range of Baked items, pancake with honey and Jam.

We were her last week for a staycation at Novotel World Trade Centre and for lunch we walked into Cubo which is located inside world trade centre , ibis hotel .
An Italian restaurant for starters we had their fried calamari and for mains my daughter asked chef to make a spicy pasta and she loved it .
We went in for chef’s recommendation Parmesan crusted chicken and pasta , it was soo good . Tasted really good . And my husband orders grilled steak . Perfectly cooked steak .
Personally I felt desserts were not up-to the Italian mark, the Tiramisu was little dry and the Pannacotta cream had an after taste . Their strawberry ice cream and cream brûlée were good .
Service is little slow , as they cook once order is placed so expect that little delay.
We would definitely come back for the Pollo Parmigiana
I’d been in Cubo Restaurant how many times and will definitely keep on coming back here. This restaurant is based in Ibis World Trade Centre perfect spot right in the center of Sheikh Zayed Road. Cubo Restaurant will difinitely stay on my list of best dining venue in town. Amazing team and tasty Italian dishes 👍🏻
My go-to place whenever I am at Trade Centre. The food is lip-smacking, portion sizes are large, seating can be a problem whenever there is an exhibition, so could be service. But food makes up for it more than anything.
I eat only breakfast here mainly during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is to the standards of Ibis and the spread is acceptable for customer staying at the hotel.
Amazing set of Italian food and flavours. the mood is awesome and the hospitality is very good.

We usually go here for the breakfast buffet. The place is lovely but I feel it lacks variety and is a bit pricey. The service is good and the live omelettes are a must try.
Lovely place with some absolutely delicious menu options. The customer service is good. The food is prepared quickly. It is slightly pricey but most definitely worth it.
