We visited Zaytoni for a family dinner ...The restaurant is quite spacious and being a large group with kids we were well accomodated..
The staff are friendly and courteous.. We tried a variety of dishes.. falafels, humoos, tabbouleh and cheese and zaatar manakeesh.
All the dishes were served hot and were flavourful..
our only complain was that the umm ali took way too long to be served.
however overall a good experience...!
3rd visit to this place, try the hummus with pomegranate molasses, chickpea fatteh and chicken shawarma platter.

I had the lunch special and chose a chicken Biryani and let me tell you, this dish is out of this world. It came in the traditional clay pot covered with the bread as usual and the taste was out of this world. The chicken seemed to be all breast, no fat, no bones, exactly my taste and to top it off a generous portion of yoghurt to go with it!
Shisha
Very good shisha, super attentive staff that looks after it, so very happy with that.
Price
Lunch menu deal is very attractive, you get a very high quality meal and service for a very good price.

I have always had a good time at Zaytooni. Their grills are delicious. The spicy potatoes are upto mark. I am always happy there. Staff is so friendly. Food is served hot and on time.
Great place to visit for some delicious Arabic Lebanese cuisine experience. Live music, green atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and staff is always friendly. So far my favorite place for shisha and delicious salads and grills.
I like everything of this place. Ambience is cosy and simple, still stylish. Service is excellent and staff is very kind. Food is amazing for both quality and variety of selections on the menu. It clearly shows its Armenian roots. Definitively recommended.
Enjoyed our time here. Food came fairly fast and was good. The shish kabob was a bit over done and the lemon with mint was nearly tasteless. The rest of the food was delicious especially the mezza. Sheesha was good but had trouble every time we requested more charcoal.

Lebanese cuisine in the heart of jumeirah road serving very good cold and hot mezza and mixed grill. My favorite is the dessert section which is the kunafa it’s crunchy and the cheese tastes just right. Highly recommended
A decent restaurant to have Arabic food in Dubai with promising service and ambience
I ordered American chicken and Watermelon juice. American chicken was a bit spicy as mentioned by server and Watermelon juice was fresh. My cousins ordered dishes of their choice. Over all, we felt that the food was tasty and hygienic. No one had complaints.
Staff were attentive, properly mannered and dressed elegantly which matched the locality where the restaurant is. I can say that the service was better than the way I expected it to be.
Ambience was top notch. Prices are decent for the service and food they offer.
Overall, its a good fine dine Arabic restaurant to visit in Dubai. I will recommend this to someone who wants to visit a decent restaurant with their family.

and if there is more than 5 stars i will give to this restaurant, their weekend breakfast open buffet just amazing , staff are very friendly and nice performance , love every thing on the buffet , just need to change the eggplant fata and replace it with chickpeas fata which will be more nicer for breakfast, highly recommended place to try . well done and please don't change keep this quality

I tried this place for the first time a week ago I must say they have the best Lebanese food in town. Their tabbouleh was so fresh and the dressing was just right ! Their mixed grill is not oily hence it doesn’t make you feel stuffed like most Levantine restaurants. They’re so clean I felt like I’m having home cooked food!

They serve ample quantity for each dish . Great service ! Don’t forget to enjoy their Moroccan tea after your meal.

we tried zaytooni today with friends and we tried some Armenian grill kababs and they were delicious! can’t seem to remember the name but all the kabab from the pictures were too good! we ended up eating it all, my friend also order zater and calamari rings which were good too, the service was amazing we enjoyed our time with our server SOFIYAN and his fun personality

Quite place for breakfast while enjoying traditional lebanese songs (fairouz).
8 pm onwards, they have live music which you can ask the singer to sing your favorite song while enjoying your dinner.

Zaytoni zaytoni zaytoni, my favorite place so far. Everything is perfect about it. The atmosphere, the service, the staff, the food, everything was perfect. We ordered appetizers (Fatoush, Batata harra, Tabouleh, hommus with shawerma and Mintah) and Armenian kebab. The kebab was juicy and the pistachio added just the right amount of crunch. How they managed to help us surprise our friend for her birthday and told the singer to sing for her was amazing. Definitely recommending this place for everyone 👌🏻
The ambience is mind blowing and makes you stop here. We ordered for Kashkaval Cheese Saj, Hummus Beiruti, Mixed Seafood Platter, Armenian Chicken and a Watermelon Juice. The food was delicious, filling and the staff was very cooperative. Worth trying for sure!

Everytime i crossed jumeirah road i would come across this place and wondered how the food would be as i always see people in it hence decided to have dinner at zaytoni.
We ordered manti, hummous, kabab halabi and cheese kunafa for dessert. I found the kabab to be nice and juicy and really loved the taste of manti.
Overall a nice experience.
One of the best arabic restaurants! The menu has a lot of delicious hot and cold starter options, and wonderful grilled dishes. The place has a lovely decor and ambience with a soft live music. On top of everything their customer service is excellent. Its well recommended.

Went to this place with my wife, we ordered several items, we enjoyed the food so much, I even want to come to try other stuff on their menu
The food we ordered was very nice, the staff were very polite, very helpful and kind.
We ordered waraq (wine leafs), spicy potato, Cherry Kabab and some other stuff, all were amazing, the portions are rich, the prices are very reasonable, nice location and ambiance, you can watch football matches and they serve shisha. This is a favorite place for me now.

On Jumeirah Road directly. They have Valet as well. The food is so good. Mainly Arabic/Lebanese. Everything we ordered is was mazze, but even that was tasty.
The seating has so many options. You can sit outdoors, indoors in the garden, and there is another indoor seating for smokers.
Went out for a team breakfast and we had ordered almost every dish with fresh orange and pomegranate juices and Turkish coffees which can be seen in the pics uploaded...the dishes were tasty, healthy, delectable..the place is beautiful with good and quick service...a must try if you looking for a heavy breakfast...
Interesting decor . Serves shisha which I did not try. Ordered fateh hummus which is like the sub-con mix chat and unlike the traditional hummus and that was very good . The falafel were nice . The batata hara / spicy potatoes were very disappointing as they were over fried. The kebab bel karaz were excellent as the sour and sweet cherry sauce I had not experienced before. The pomegranate juice didn't taste too fresh . Service was good. Overall a positive experience but needs more effort.
Service at the place is great, and the setting is different which is also nice. However, the smoking area is a bit tight and not as nice as the non-smoking area.
Also, no shisha outdoors!
Other than that, service is great and there's free valet service on the door. Shisha was also very good.

A friend invited me for dinner to this beautiful restaurant. I loved the ambience of this place and the greenery all around. True to its name, they even have olive trees planted in the middle of the restaurant. The decor is reminiscent of a very cozy, homely Arabian courtyard. Traditional Arabic Oud and Darbuka players just add to its ethnic charm along with the lovely Arabic style seating in parts of the restaurant. They also have outdoor seating and now that the weather is improving, many were seated outside. This is what we ordered:
1) Cheese Rolls (AED 25): Filo pastry rolls filled with Akkawi cheese. These came in piping hot. One bite and the cheese was just melting out.
2) Kibbeh Laham (AED 29): Shells made out of bulgur and cracked wheat and filled with seasoned minced lamb. These were good.
3) Kabab bel Karaz (AED 50): Based on the staff's recommendation, we ordered this intriguing dish. So this is an Armenian style lamb mince kabab drizzled with a sweet and sour cherry sauce! I am so glad we went with the chef's recommendation and ordered this! The tartness and sweetness of the cherry sauce combined beautifully with the lamb kababs and gave it a well rounded flavour profile. One of the most interesting dishes I have had so far! One plate had four kabab skewers and these came in with complimentary olives, hummus and four lovely Arabic breads, which they were generous enough to provide more, once we finished the breads.
4) Fattoush (AED 28): The Fattoush was slightly disappointing. This could have been better.
5) Watermelon Juice (AED 18): We were told this was their best seller. I liked how this juice also acted as a refreshing palate cleanser. My friend, on the other hand, found it so so.
Overall, nice food, good service, traditional Arabic ambience and decor and free valet parking.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. The seating was quite fast and I loved that there was excellent valet services for the car. The ambience was just perfect. Romantic and yet casual chic as well, highly recommended for any occasion. The food arrived quite quickly; we ordered the hummus bayroti, shish barak, warak enab, and boneless chicken. We didn’t try the shisha but since I guarantee we will be coming back I may write about it once more. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and the price was fantastic for the quality of the food. Highly recommend it for a Thursday night chill-out or Friday brunch even

First thing you notice about this restaurant is its interior design! Very calming and cozy to sit for hours and enjoy with your company. Their food is also really good as well as the service! Also, the dates pudding is amazing! Would definitely come here again :)
Nice place with delicious food. Delivery always on time or even before. Today ,for example, they delivered food after 25 minutes since it was ordered. Good customer service.
Firstly, this restaurant is such a cute concept - indoor garden ! Amazing for a photoshoot ladies 😉! There was also a live band playing that night which was cool because it was a Monday night.
As for the food, it is mainly Lebanese with some Armenian dishes!
I tried the Cherry Kafta (I died t was so good and juicy), Hummus was real nice, fish Hammour was perfectly grilled, and Armenian Manti (which I have tried before in an Armenian restaurant) but I wasn’t very impressed with this dish. It was good but not great! I liked that it was sort of spicy though

Great starters specially the Manto, Bata Harsh, Zattar Salad and the Aubergine Mahshi. The kebabs were good but Kebab Halabi was the best one among them. The service was excellent.
I have tried Zaytoni in Jumairah Road . The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice . Swperate area for non smokers and music live background which was little noise. I love their appetizers more than the main dishes . I love the mix cold maze . From the main dishes, i love cherries kebab on the best , however, the Shawarma saj was average .

New restaurant located on jumirah road, went their for dinner on Monday it was for a new restaurant especially on the non smoking area, they have wide rang of choices on menu but some items are not available like the chicken fakhra, tried their beryani it was fair, good pricing.
there shisha was ok not the best but they have nice atmosphere and decoration.
Discovered this place last week with family, the ambiance was dead at Friday lunch, however, I revisited the branch again on Saturday evening with some friends for shisha and experienced a different situation. The shisha was very good and the staff was very polite, though the service was very slow I had to ask for the coal to be changed 5 times before anyone actually assisted me. The food is average, we had a till problem with the waiter as there were nuts in a certain dish and instead of not preparing a new one they just removed the nuts from the top and gave us the same dish, though they did rectify the situation when we complain. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend for the shisha and ambience as it is inside.

Dinner at zaytoni restaurant.
First the starter, mutabal and selection of hot mezze for two ( grilled mushroom, capsicum and tomato with feta cheese, fried stuffed olive with cheese and kebbeh), then the main course, I took chicken kebab and it was a perfect choice! My drink was fresh pomegranate juice and it was really nice, I loved all the food, it was licious and it's all cooked perfectly, just like home made food , the place and the atmosphere is amazing, and the service is really nice ! This place is a must try I have to say!

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and ambience.. It's spacy and the large skylight gives you a good feeling. The food is mostly Lebanese Armenian cuisine, hummus, manaqeesh, kebab, Armenian salad, and Armenian shawarma tasted yummy, (although the Armenian food is a bit spicy.) Service was great and servers were friendly. Would visit again.
