We visited Zaytoni for a family dinner ...The restaurant is quite spacious and being a large group with kids we were well accomodated..
The staff are friendly and courteous.. We tried a variety of dishes.. falafels, humoos, tabbouleh and cheese and zaatar manakeesh.
All the dishes were served hot and were flavourful..
our only complain was that the umm ali took way too long to be served.
however overall a good experience...!
3rd visit to this place, try the hummus with pomegranate molasses, chickpea fatteh and chicken shawarma platter.

A really cool Villa right on beach road with Amazing seating, nice atrium and separate smoking area.
Food
I had the lunch special and chose a chicken Biryani and let me tell you, this dish is out of this world. It came in the traditional clay pot covered with the bread as usual and the taste was out of this world. The chicken seemed to be all breast, no fat, no bones, exactly my taste and to top it off a generous portion of yoghurt to go with it!
Shisha
Very good shisha, super attentive staff that looks after it, so very happy with that.
Price
Lunch menu deal is very attractive, you get a very high quality meal and service for a very good price.

It was a good experience, the food was nice, they have a variety of choices from the lebanese cuisine, the shisha was good as well, and good service just a bit pricey
I have always had a good time at Zaytooni. Their grills are delicious. The spicy potatoes are upto mark. I am always happy there. Staff is so friendly. Food is served hot and on time.
Great place to visit for some delicious Arabic Lebanese cuisine experience. Live music, green atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and staff is always friendly. So far my favorite place for shisha and delicious salads and grills.
I like everything of this place. Ambience is cosy and simple, still stylish. Service is excellent and staff is very kind. Food is amazing for both quality and variety of selections on the menu. It clearly shows its Armenian roots. Definitively recommended.
Enjoyed our time here. Food came fairly fast and was good. The shish kabob was a bit over done and the lemon with mint was nearly tasteless. The rest of the food was delicious especially the mezza. Sheesha was good but had trouble every time we requested more charcoal.

المكان جدا جميل ومريح نفسيا ونظيف والطاقم ذوق بصراحه والاكل بشكل عام لذيذ طلبت كباب دجاج انصح فيه لذيذ ، الشيش طاووق لي ملاحظه عليه يحتاج شويه سوا زياده عالنار ، سلطة الجرجير بالزعتر طعمها مو مرا ، وطلبت دجاج مسحب على بالي مقلي طلع مشوي بالفحم وكاتبين في المنيو بس ما انتبهت بس طلع حلو ، ورق عنب عادي ، شربة عدس وشربة كريمه لذيذه ، الاسعار تعتبر شوي مرتفعه بس مقارنه بالجمال ممكن الواحد يعديها خدمة مواقف السيارات اخذ ١٠ درهم ، انا من السعوديه عند عودتي لدبي مره اخرى ان شاءالله حيكون من اوائل المطاعم اللي حجيها بالتوفيق للجميع .
مواقف تضطر تدفع 10 درهم ، خدمة صف سيارات اجباري 😑 ديكور ممتاز وجلسات مريحة ، سعر مرتفع . لن اكرر الزيارة
قبل الأكل أود اقول الموظفين لطفاء جدا والادارة رائعة جدا في تقبل الاراء والنقد بصدر رحب لاني ابديت ملاحظة وتم معالجة الأمر بصورة طيبة، الاكل لذيذ جدا والمشاوي افضل السلطة الارمنية لذيذه باذنجان محشي روعة اتمنى توفير مكان ولوصغير للصلاة لان المطعم كبير وتوجد منطقة داخلية وخارجية والسعر غالي جدا جدا انصدمت المواقف الباركن لازم تدفع ليس مثل باقي المطاعم مجاني في حالة الاكل من المطعم هنا لازم تدفع ولايتم اخبارك الا وانت خارج ممايسبب انزعاج لمن يزور المطعم

I came for breakfast, I ordered manaqeesh zatar cheese and safeeha meat. It tasted so good
