Mylk Lab by Genki has to be one of my favorite vegan spots in the city! I ran into Mylk Lab at the local farmer’s market and fell in love with the plant-based mylk options instantly. They make their mylk fresh and refrain from artificial flavors and sweeteners, making it a healthy treat!
My experience with Mylk Lab has been limited to the bowls and drinks, but it has been a great experience nonetheless. Both the Aloha Açaí and oat-based Almond Butter Breakfast bowl were lovely brekkie options with nutritious ingredients and well-selected fresh fruit. The carrot muffin was a little too chewy for my taste, but the flavor and healthy ingredients were on point without it being too sweet.
The blue chips with chipotle cashew cream was quite a treat! The chipotle cashew cream went a little overboard with the smoky chipotle flavor, but that only meant that a tiny bit went a long way.
The star of this local joint are hands down, the drinks! The matcha boba was quite good - earthy matcha with fresh almond mylk, organic honey and good quality boba. These guys make their boba fresh everyday! The star drink at Mylk Lab has to be the Honey Lavender mylk: it’s so soothing and refreshing with a fresh lavender undertone -worth it!
What I love about Mylk Lab is how fresh and organic their ingredients are. Their mylk has no aftertaste that you’d usually find in plant-based mylks at the store, they’re all organic AND they use natural sweeteners like honey and agave. Highly recommend!
Mylk Lab by Genki is a plant-based and 100% gluten-free cafe that has recently opened in Jumeirah, Dubai. They make their own nut “mylks” in house and offer an extensive menu of drinks with a limited, but quality, food menu.
My favourite place in Dubai! I’m not vegan, but the food tastes amazing! And it’s a great place to eat for people with gluten intolerance, lactose or any other type of allergy/stomach problems. My favourites are the brownie, the vanilla milk and the captive!
My son, who is a vegan insisted we come here to try out the food.We had the following
Turmeric late enhanced with dates - Wonderful brew with the mild sweetness of dates. This was the first time I was having a turmeric based drink and was indeed a very good experience
Gluten free bread topped with avocado - dont remember the actual name, but it was a nice preparation, the avocado was nicely seasoned and it made for a good snack
We took away two home made butters from the display - and this was the only disappointing thing in the experience as both the butters were expiring on the same day. We should have been told by the cashier that these are expiring today - to give us an option on whether we want to take them or not.On calling back the cashier did apologize and told us we have a credit for that amount available whenever we pass by.
The cafe is very tastefully done up and the owner herself looks after the cafe.

My favourite cafe!! Love their desserts, savoury options and their drinks. My personal favourites are the rose & maple cupcakes, brownies, cinammon rolls, cookies, rose mylk, saffron mylk, karak chai & their bubble teas! The owner Angela and her staff are lovely!

Coming from a family of people with various allergies and food constraints, this place is perfect, even for me as a regular non vegan eater
We loved the products at Mylk Lab by Genki. Wholesome and fresh!! My 5yr old said: “best cookies ever” and all vegan :) Lovely staff also, will come back again soon!

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! Free water! Lots of fresh food and super foods. Brownie has the bomb. Seriously chocalicious brownies. Passionate staff with a great smile on their faces. Creative menu.
Authentic & Healthy. Very friendly staff. Would recommend the cold brew mocha for coffee lovers and the aloha acai for the acai lovers. Would definitely come back.

I was excited to try their food, but In the end I got a desert that was really nice. But I wasn’t particularly impressed by the hazelnut milks it wasn’t as good as advertised.
