Very tasty food but a bit pricey as well. We went there for an office lunch and took hummus, tabouleh, liver mix and 2 mixed grills with some drinks. The breads served with the hummus was soooooo soft and went really well with the liver mix. The grills were also nice but only meant for one person. All in all it was a good meal.

However, I would like to mention that the cafe should have some big tables as the food was not fitting in the table and we had to make a lot of adjustment to keep the food. Plus the attendants are also not at the top of their serving as they made mistake in charging double for the salad.

Average Lebanese food, but really friendly staff who know and take care of the regulars. Fast service so very convenient for lunch in the middle of the day

Karam cafe is one of the best place in dubai downtown.
Being there for many times for a quick lunch, fast service, tasty food and friendly staff. Highy recommended.
