Great tasty food, but a little expensive
Serving traditional Russian and Central Asian countries, you would not only get to enjoy some very unique delicacies but also relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantis. The restaurant has ample seating and the service is good.
We were here one weekend afternoon and started with some fresh juices. We had a fresh Pineapple Juice and a Detox Juice that has ginger, carrot juice, mixed with fresh apple and orange juice. I must say it was a good start to the meal.
I was delighted to see the Grilled Avocado with crab in the starters as both these are my favorites. In the salads, we called for an Aubergine-Goat Cheese Salad. I was apprehensive about the salad however I can say that this is the best form of aubergine I have had so far - crispy yet soft and perfectly flavorful.
In the hot starters we tried a traditional Cheese Cheburek which is a deep fired bread with cheese filling. We could not resist it and finished it all.
We called for an Uzbek Traditional Lagman soup that has tender pieces of meat and noodles.
In the mains, we called for a Salmon with Ginger dressing and from the grills, the Veal Shashlik which is known to be a Russian Speciality. In the sides we had a portion of the mashed potato. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the ginger dressing gave it a very unique yet perfect flavor. The veal was once again perfectly grilled and was absolutely tender. I loved the technique of grilling used as chunks of fat were skewed along with the chunks of meat for the flavors to infuse.
We ended the meal with a tradition Russian dessert - the napoleon cake. Filled with vanilla and custard cream and covered with a dough wrap, this was indeed a perfect end to an unconventional meal.
The most happening place at The pointe is this very Russian Restaurant and Bar which will leave you amazed with their amazing variety of Russian Food which is soul-satisfying.
Low comfy seating, karaoke nights and some really good food and wine to go with it! How else would you want to live your weekend? Right from their Assorted vareniki to Mini cheburek (starters) which was literally bursting with flavors to their fish which was slathered with butter and lime (cooked to perfection) and goes perfectly with your choice of drinks. A special mention to their chicken kebab platter which was served on paratha and was quite flavourful. Not to forget, they have a wide variety of salads to choose from and every salad dressing is distinct from each other.
Also, a special mention goes to their desserts (honey cake) which stole the show for me! I can have it at any time of the day as it was sooo good.
The staff was quite friendly and would help select the best from the menu keeping in mind your taste and preferences.
Overall, this place was worth the visit for its good food and vibes!

You can expect traditional Russian dishes with influence from all around the world. It offers culinary treats, creative drinks, shisha, karaoke and entertainment.
