As you all know I am a coffee person and I totally love it. I am a person who wakes up in early morning (3am or 4am) just to have a coffee. My love for Coffee is never ending and that’s the main motive behind my personal blog. I thought I know everything about Coffee but when I made a visit to Drip house upon invitation I realized there are many things to know or to learn about Coffee. Thanks to Ali & team for taking time to have me over there and explaining some of the brewing procedures at the café.
I'm becoming a big fan of specialty coffee. (I'm just a keen amateur, for now😊). So once I came across this place in DIP, we dropped by to try it out.
Now this is purely a specialty coffee shop, so if you're indifferent to black coffee, then there isn't much for you in there.
The owner received us with a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. He passionately and patiently explained to us about the different brewing tools that are lined up there, and how the taste of your brewed coffee will vary when using each. He was definitely very knowledgable about coffee and I found his explanation enlightening and enjoyable.
The coffee was just great - rich with flavor! I chose the Guatemalan beans, and the air press brewing tool and found the taste to be great.
I will definitely drop by again.
Drip House Cafe is a go to place for coffee lovers. Not just a typical coffee shop but a place where you can find happiness. For those who are not really aware or knowledgable with specialty coffees, this is the right place to go. Aside from its affordable prices, their staff are really patient enough to introduce and elaborately explain you about their coffees. (Hands down to Nicole for assisting us!) They have different variety of coffees, pastries and snacks that would surely captivate you. Ooh, and did i mentioned that they also have a lounge where you can read (books provided) or play board games(also provided) or just relax while sipping your dose of coffee? They have more to offer than what I listed above. I think this the time you visit the place and experience drip house.

A bonus for those living and working in DIP, Drip House is a specialty coffee shop specializing in brewing with coffee beans which are grown on an elevation and are supposed to be more authentic and pure. For those who do not like the busy vibe of the city, drip house will serve as a calm and serene place to de-stress. You are welcomes by its spacious setting with a book shelf on the right where you can either choose to read or play the many board games available there.

Drip House Cafe - Coffee brewing and making fresh is trend is talk of the town now a days. I didn't really know much about coffee until i visited few outlets here in Dubai where i brushed up my knowledge on coffee. Drip house cafe is one of those places where you chose your coffee and they make it for you.
The ambiance of this place is really very interesting, i fall in love with the small library they have made in one wall, collection is awesome. The cafe is very spacious and have different seating like comfortable couch and wooden chairs and tables. The coffee making area is huge as well, very interesting over all.
Drip House cafe is focusing more on coffee so the food menu is very limited but surely you will find something for your self, we tried SPINACH AND CHEESE QUICHE a small cute quiche and it tasted good too. CHILI CHICKEN SANDWICH was made in brown bread and the stuffed chicken was tangy and tasty.
Final Verdict - I feel that the coffee they make is really good but they should work more on the food menu. They also have some bakery desserts, gluten free muffins and croissant to enjoy. The place is nice specially when you are near by here. Specialty coffee is in and you need to explore your favorite.

Is an amazing concept opened in the quiet DIP. They have a silent hideout probably for those who do not like the hustle and bustle of the city. If having you coffee in such a locality is your idea then this is the place for you. As you walk in you will cross a cool book shelf on the right where you can choose to grab a book or relax in the wonderful ambiance with your coffee. Every corner of the cafe has a different setting, for the quite, for the nature lover, for the bookworm, for the workaholics, for the quick bite type of people. They have a big WHY on their wall; I am guessing it is because they love curious cases who want to know everything about their coffee.
They have a knowledgeable bunch of barista’s who’ll answer all your WHY’s. On the shelf are different experimental coffee brewers that are mesmerizing to look at when in action. It’s like walking into Dexter’s laboratory. The displays also feature cakes, tarts, savory breads to choose from with a cup of coffee.
I loved the taste of authentic strong coffee specially the V60, there are many more varieties available there which are sourced specially from different parts of the world. The sandwiches we were served were good in taste and were made using good quality products. The bread however got a bit dry by the time we reached but never the less I liked the Chicken BBQ sandwich the most.
The best was the ice cream we had, I loved the chocolate in the ice cream, was fresh and creamy. I wish this place, the staff and Mr. Ali all the best in being able to establish what they dream and bring happiness to people’s lives which is also their motto.

A hidden gem inside DIP where everyone takes pride on what they are doing.
Driphouse Cafe is quite simple and must I say, it gives you the vibe of just chilling out somewhere in a quiet place with your friends or you being alone without anyone bothering you. Upon entering the cafe, you will immediately notice the simplicity of the place. On your right side, you will find a book case and a lounge for those who would want to have their coffee while reading or for those who would like to have a peace of mind while doing their business. Across from it and beside the lounge are the tables for a small group of friends, and what I really liked about is they have this long table opposite to the coffee bar. It's perfect for a huge group who would like to have a group study, or it can also be used for people who came alone and can interact with other people sitting at the table.
On the coffee bar, you will find different types of brewers that they are using to give you that finest coffee you are looking for. The descriptions are written on a little but cute blackboard. If you're not sure which one to choose, simply ask their lovely barista who basically would be happy to walk you through. I dare you, she knows her stuff! And it feels like she will never get tired explaining her things again and again. Tip for you guys, ask her for 'house special' coffee. I personally loved it, and I'm pretty sure you will too.
Their chicken fajita sandwich is for me, superb! It's not your ordinary sandwich. It has this sauce which when I asked, is a secret recipe and won't divulge to me! It creates the rightful taste of everything and the chicken is so soft which is a product of their very own chef, Mr. Amro Al Yassin (Oooops, now we're talking!)
A salute to Mr. Ali and his wonderful team for giving us Driphouse. They are a team of humble souls, who, nevertheless, would serve you in anything they can in exchange of your happiness. :)
