Ninxia - where you get the best Beef fry in Dubai period. Have been here a lot just for their beef fry, the price is a bit on the expensive side but its worth every penny. Nothing Fancy, but just the good old fashioned Chinese cuisine .. recommended for all the authentic chinese cuisine lovers and if you are beef lover then this is the right place.
Love this place for it's intricate mix of the right flavors. Just can't get enough. The food has a very old school Chinese flavor. Over the years my family and I have tried almost every dish except the duck. The gravies range from mild to spicy so you can pick whichever flavor you prefer. The golden fried prawns are a must-have in winters and so is their Ningxia Special Soup. Along with that the Singaporean Fried Chicken makes for a spectacular appetizer.
The service is fantastic as well. The only reason I can't give it a 5 is the seating area as the restaurant is quite small and it can get a bit stuffy if you're not used to small spaces.
I have a soft spot for this place bc they deliver all the way to trade center area. These guys make proper Pakistani Chinese food, which is a rarity here in Dubai. Order their Manchurian Chicken (Pakistani style) and Beef Chilli Dry with egg fried rice and Chicken Chowmein. It's a bit greasy but so rewarding when you're frustrated with life.
Ordered sweet and sour chicken .. Right mix and good amount of gravy for the rice.

Well what to say about perfection except being perfect :) It took me almost over 2 years finally to give a review about Ningxia. I've tried almost every Chinese in the city of Dubai but the only one I got finally stuck at and started recommending was this one NINGXIA THE GREAT ;) Chinese food is one of my utmost favourite cuisines around the world. And when it comes to Chinese it's not just any Chinese or for that matter not any famous brand name just for the sake of being famous. The food needs to be authentic and not a home style Chinese but a certified commercial style masses based Chinese. Ningxia has the perfect blend of central Chinese flavours along with northern Chinese recipes and perfect Szechuan style that's the spicy savoury type Chinese. Ningxia score will talk best about as of what they really are like.

In my last two years of visits to Ningxia I haven't even for once seen any difference in there scores and none of the ones ever complaint about anything at all who visited with me or were referred to as well. Actually couple of the ones brought about were the ones who only and only liked this over all others available.

Craving for decently priced as well as delicious Chinese food can be difficult in the AE. Ningxia however was able to satisfy our craving. We ordered egg fried rice, steamed rice, Singaporean chowmein, sweet and sour chicken and a spicy beef with broccoli and onions. The servings were large which satisfied my big family and the food was absolutely delicious.
I definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Today was one of those days where my heart was craving for dumplings and my legs would just not cooperate. To top that, living in Midriff does limit one's food options to resorted to #Zomato to help out and this place popped up and honestly, not a bad place. It is the sort of place where one can order on a regular basis and be assured of tasty food and quite importantly, cooked with minimal oil.
Food - 7/10; i had their sweet and sour chicken and the balance between sweetness and sourness was pretty good - slightly tilted towards sweetness but an enjoyable taste nonetheless. All the vegetables were cooked just right - not mushy but with a slight bite to them. Until this point though, i would say their dish could even be on par with what more established restaurants such as noodle house offer. However, the chicken is where it kind of falls apart - it just has way too much batter on it. I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit extra to get proper chunks of chicken than just minuscule pieces with extra coating pretending to be chicken.
I also had their chicken dumplings - good construction but again, their seems to be little bits of chicken and mostly batter.
Service - 4/5; polite and friendly and the delivery was done in under 30 mins.
Ambience - N/A since home delivery.
