This place serves it all - Arabic food, sheesha, alcohol.
The staff here is always helping with a smile.
Vegetarian food options are the standard cold meezeh and appetizers. Delicious food though.
The vibe of Mazaj only adds to the befitting ambience of century village.
The hummus Beiruty and cheese manakish are amazing.
Some great tasting Arabic food in an up-market festive environment is how would describe my Mazaj experience at Century Village. Century Village offers a beautiful setting (of course this statement is only valid for the cooler months) and a choice of possibly every cuisine one can ask for.
Mazaj is your option for Arabic food within the space. They have a great location within the area, with a beautiful large outdoor space. They serve an extensive menu with the usual Arabic vegetarian variety and serve alcohol as well, which is the big plus of Century Village. The food has always tasted pretty good, with a couple exceptions at times.
The one downside of the place is service as it's not always as nice and consistent. They get a bit stressed when busy and lose the ball. Yet, due to the great ambience and food, the place is generally packed.
Definitely worth a visit, if you haven’t tried it.
Was quite skeptical to visit this place coz of the poor reviews on zomato. But to my surprise the place was pretty crowded last evening with people enjoying the lovely weather and sheesha. We chose to sit outside too and ordered chicken shish taouk, chicken kebab and vodka. The portion is quite good and the garlic paste was tasty too. The only thing which I didn't like were the pickles they served .. It was not the typical one which they generally serve with lebanese food and tasted v diff as well. The service was ok. All in all a good experience.
