Milk cow is back! After closing up shop on JBR, they're now reopened in a similarly small shop in Business Bay. Since we know they have the best ice cream in town, we had to seek them out, but again the location is not the greatest for catching foot traffic. We hope they last longer here than in JBR! Undeniably the creamiest, smoothest ice cream in Dubai with quite a free interesting toppings!
