I been here several times. Food is ok. Prices are affordable or rather cheap. They have good Indian breakfast for less than 5 dirhams. That's actually wow.

On fahidi road you will find this small place to have reasonable tasty food at anytime. The food is good and suitable to clear your hunger.
Ordered Kababs, Tandoori chicken, Brain fry and chettinad chicken curry alond with Puutu n Dosa as siders. All were yummy and worth the order.

Summary : Reasonable quick Kerala bite place...
Situated A bit inside Al Fahidi Area, you find this place a bit hidden on that very busy signal crossing. Seating arrangement is very good you can easily fit a crowd there. I went to this place looking at the kebabs and the grilling which you can see it from the rood which they do it in a glass covered kitchen. Unluckily the day i visited they did not have any mutton items on the grill so i had to settle with chicken. No doubt the food was nice. Had a mutton brain fry with a few more other dishes.
It was a very good experience even thou the food took a little bit time to come which the guy who waiter-ed already informed me.
I would definitely visit the place again and i would love to recommend the place to anyone.

To mention, this restaurant is just under the building next to where I stay.
The only place that comes to my family's mind when craving for some chicken varieties.
However, I have no idea why other people criticize this amazing joint which always satisfies my tastebuds right from paratha and tea in the morning till the dal tadka at night.
I can agree that the seating inside the restaurant isn't a great sight and the environment can be noisy in the evenings.
The chai in the evenings can be refreshing as all the 'malbari chai' lovers expect (it's what they all call it)
The servers are humble and they deliver pretty quick (that's my own experience only).
Located at the main street and exactly at the centre of the road, Libra Restaurant is a place one must try.
Honestly, biryani lovers will find it disappointing.
Although if you are looking out for the best Hamour Fish in town or in this area, I can assure you that you will be in awe of this place.
The 'Hamour Fish Tikka' is a dish one can die for.
I have rated it as 3.5 as per my overall experience 👍

Wide variety of food. Tastes good and staff behaviour is good and timely delivery of orders. Neat and clean but hard to find a parking space nearby. Kanji is available which has high demand in the evening

Their masala chai which costs 50 fils, and their vegetable samosas that cost 1 AED for 2 pieces are very affordable and have a decent taste.

Very reasonable rates with tasty food do not go on the interior because it's a cost saving restaurant. Hammor fish fry and biryanis are must to try.
