Super cute cafe, gorgeous interiors, great food, great prices and great coffee! A new gem found in the heart of JLT ! Can’t wait to try more stuff at this place!
🥗 🍟 🥪 ☕️ It was all superb! Great little cafe full of style yet homely. I’d like to say it’s a hidden gem 💎 but with 53,000 Instsgram followers that’s hardly the case. This place was busy and the team were relaxed but efficient. There for a family lunch we really enjoyed our food and the vibe. Highly recommended I’d definitely go again!

Good Breakfast options, loved the French Toast.
Didn’t enjoy the coffee as much (too roasted) and also they didn’t have too many allergy friendly options.
The food & coffee was delicious! I also loved the interior. Cosy café with kind staff. The coffee and food was not too expensive, almost every dish on the menu was around 40 dirhams. Tip: try the cheesecake French toast! 😍
The must have avocado toast is REALLY a must have it was delicious & the truffled mushroom on toast was also very delightful, highly recommended .. very friendly & helpful staff & great ambience!

We ordered:
- Korean style beef, glass noodles, sauteed edemame, mango slaw, tofu, fried egg, cucumber, Korean kim chi, Korean tangy sauce, garnished with sesame seeds, spring onion, coriander and paprika
- Amazonian organic pure acai mixed with banana topped with organic granola, strawberries, blueberries, dragon fruit, pomegranate, organic chia seeds, fresh coconut flakes

Was looking for a place with outdoor seating, good breakfast and fast WiFi to get some work done when I came across this place in JLT and this place was so much better than u expected.
The food was brilliant, great portions, the ambience is really modern with a digital nomad feel, great outdoor seating and the best part, bottomless coffee, perfect for some me-time. Here is a short review of all the items I ordered
COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS - this is usually one of my favourite items in a breakfast place and I wasn't disappointed here either. It wasn't overly sweet, the portion was good and loved the raspberry jam and peanut butter. I just wished all the toppings including the fruits were mixed together. Not a deal breaker
FARMERS TOAST - one can never go wrong with the classic avocado toast and poached eggs, good portion again, very fresh and tasty, loved the add on of the smashed pumpkin.
Brewed Coffee - I am a coffee addict and if u want to spend some time working with my laptop I prefer alot of coffee, their bottomless brewed coffee was just that and adequately priced.
Friends Avenue Cafe is one of the most chilled and laid back place for breakfasts I've been to with really good food at quite reasonable prices. Can't wait to go again to try their other items on the menu.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the breakfast at Friends Avenue I highly approve 😍
Amazing breakfast spot with a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Been there so many times and the best thing is that the quality is not changed since the first time! Love this spot for a good coffee and the most delicious brownie in town!
افضل مكان للفطور . وايضا مكان جميل لوجبة الغداء ولذيذ جدا ، منظر جميل على مياه . جلسات داخلية وخارجية . سعر مناسب ليس مرتفع وليس منخفض ،
كوفي صغير وجميل قهوته جيده واكله طيب جيت مخصوص عشان الفرنش توست
المكان صغير .. الاطباق لذيذة ما عدا البانكيك

I love French toast and this place is mastering the French toast it’s so delicious and fresh and you love from the first sight it was amazing and flavorful indoor and outdoor areas are so nice specially in the current weather in Dubai
So go there order the french toast with a cup of coffee and enjoy ☺️
They have a good selection of food for breakfast as well as they have dessert section and both worth to try

المكان ده مهتم جدا بالتفاصي جدا من اول ما تدخل وتشوف الديكورات اللي عملينها والالوان وكمان علب تقديم الشوك والسكاكين اللي هيا علب شوفان حاجه بجد ظريفه جدا ده غير بقى الفطار المعتبر اللي جربناه هناك اولا احنا طلبنا طبق بيض اسمه must have. وطلبنا تشيز كيك فرينش توست cheesecake French toast

اولا البيض الطبق لوحده شكله والوانه تفتح النفس وكمان طعم الطبق كان حلو جدا هو يكفي شخص واحد بس عشان احنا طالبين طبق تاني ده كان كفايه جدا
وبطل القصه هو الفرينش توست بجد انا بقالي كتير مكلتش فرينش توست بالحلاوه ديه وده لانه فعلا الخامات اللي مستعملينها كلها نضيفه جدا واهمها عيش البريوش اللي هو سر جمال وطراوه الفرينش توست وهما كانو ظابطينو قوي مقرمش من بره وطري جدا من جوه وكمان مش مسكر قووي لا ده يدوبك الدرجه اللي تبسطك مش تخليك تجزع وفكره التشيز كيك اللي متوزعه في الطبق وبسكوت اللوتس والفاكهه من ورا العقل بجد انا كل حواسي اتبسطت 😍😋🤤
