I have always loved the simple, down to earth eateries that has comfort food such as Biriyanis and Tikkas. They are offering very basic amenities along with nice tasting food.
This is a real pocket friendly place to eat. Wouldn't say that it is a place you could come with your family. I've seen decent crowd at all times here. They serve good food. The place is clean and neat. Would definitely recommend a try.
This is not a family restaurant. But you know what this is one of those places which offers you the best that your limited income can buy. I would like to say this is one of the most amazing economical restaurants. They do good food. Nice & hot. The service is very decent & quick. & the place is clean enough that you cant complain. I like the paya here that they serve in the morning.. its not the usual pakistani soup kinds paya they do thick gravy paya. Must try.
The chicken karayi is to die for here (but hated to see oil floating) and the fresh Jelabis are so crispy and juicy. I will definitely order more items from this little restaurant. Surely they have more dishes worth trying. To those looking for pocket friendly joints for a decent meal, give this a shot.
The cheapest pakistani restaurant in Dubai. Food quality is not great but the price is so low that sometimes you will ignore the taste. the staff is nice and friendly.
Tried and recommended : Breakfast Paratha is very nice, actually all breakfast menu is nice but a little more oily than others. Lunch for 2 can be as low as 6 for vegetables and averagely 10-12 for 2 persons. Lunch : All vegetables with mutton dishes are great here.
Tried and not recommended : Brain ( maybe unhealthy ), Liver felt a little raw.
If you are a pakistani and live anywhere nearby alqusais its a must place to go. But not recommended for families.
Have you ever wished to try a biryani that’s perfectly cooked? Last night after a couple of rounds of drinks, my friend suggested a small restaurant in Qusais named Magazi, the ambiance may not be appealing but the food is brilliant and their staff was very accommodating and helpful. This place has been around for a while and their #biryani and #nihari is widely spoken about. That’s exactly what I had. I loved it! This place is a MUST try! As they all say, the smallest places have the best flavors. 😊

Magazi Restaurant is good joint if you are really looking for an economical bet. You can have a dish and roti at a very reasonable cost, may be around 10-12 dirham. Ideal for one who loves to have heavy breakfast. Try their chana- paratha or keema-paratha.
A no frills joint, not meant for families, but who cares! when good food calls! The servers are very hospitable inspite of being super busy. You will not get a table of weekends, mark my words. Anyways, because we were lucky and I was the only lady present there, the waiter decided to clear out a table in the extreme end to get me seated. Very good gesture which you will hardly find in the bigger, better and cleaner restaurants in Dubai. No menu present, the server just randomly belted out a few common dishes which came super fast and piping hot to the table in no time.
We started with Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kabab, Haleem, Keema and Roti. The chicken tikka was one of the most flavorful morsels i have had in recent times. Super duper delicious. The other items can be given a pass but please do visit only for the chicken tikka and trust me, you will not be disappointed. Get a takeaway....much preferable!!
