grills are amazing but what i love most is their humus unbeatable ! Food was served hot and family area is also fine ,baby chair was also available that made it easy to eat and enjoy with our toddler.
“My opinion is that the food is pretty good” said my friend who is dining with me. We came to RAK for the weekend and needed a place to eat lunch. Finding Ali Baba on the map, we decided to try it out. With five of us we decided on ordering the special mix. It was enough food for all of us to share and it was certainly delicious. There was PLENTY of seating available and the staff was very friendly. Parking was easy to access, and the family friendly vibe was evident. The food came out quick and hot. I’d recommend stopping here if you also are visiting RAK.
one of the best grill restaurants in Ras Al Khaimah, the food here is really very good. especially the mix grill. My family have there customers for more than 25 years, the quality and service both are really very good for the amount of money you pay here.

Its a good place to eat alone, with friends or family. Very spacious n simple. Staff is good n quick. Food taste is also good. They have bar-b-q which is fresh n tasty. Would recommend to try.
This is one among the oldest food joints in Ras Al Khaimah. The big hall has 3-4 photographs framed, hanging on the wall. One of which I suppose was taken during the inauguration ceremony. The restaurant looks pretty much the same still. The furniture, tables etc etc :-. It has 4-5 family rooms. We need to check with the lady at the counter for availability.
Like the other friend has mentioned, I too feel , this place has never gone through any sort of renovation or changes. It was all waitresses for serving. After interaction, I came to know that they were all part-timers there.
Coming back to the food. It was decent. The quantity is less. The kebabs ,tikkas were good. The arrais were exceptional. The hummus was just average. The sulaimani was great, something different and is worth trying.
On a whole , If arabic cuisine is what you're looking for. There are many other places or better places around. I liked this place for its calmness and peaceful ambiance.

The best place to get original Arabic cuisine. Apart from the main course, soups and hummus are amazing. Kababs, Araees and Shashlik are delicious. Compared to the quality, prices are way too affordable. Location is away from the main city but old enough to be known by the residents. With regard to ambience, the family area is spacious but interior needs extensive renovation.

The Sitting is also Great because of Separate family cabins.
The Furniture & restaurant needs a fresh makeover, as it is same & old for quite long time.
Charcol chicken is must try.
Mix Grill is worth trying.
This is one of the hidden gems of UAE. The mutton Kebab and Araees are highly recommended and the chicken shashlik is good as well (haven't tried anything else eventhough have visited more than 15 times). A 22dhs kebab meal will come with soup, salad, hummus, moutable, bread and 4 pieces of tasty kebab.
