'Delicious food that is affordable too!'
We visited Grand restaurant in Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah for a family dinner on a weekday. The restaurant serves Indian, Mughlai and Chinese food and is suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The seating options are of the regular and cubicle type, so it is good for families as well.
Here is a review of what we tasted:
1. Chicken kababs: They were served hot and fresh and were tasty.
2. Egg masala: This all-time favorite was yummy.
3. Plain naans: The naans were soft and delicious – they were really huge and had to be shared.
4. Mutton biryani: The mutton was tender and the biryani was delicious.
5. Vegetable biryani: This was also very tasty.
They serve complimentary salad, pickle and yoghurt with every meal. The food is affordable and the quantities are large.
The staff is polite and the ambience is quite good. Free parking is available outside the restaurant.

The best in RAK. Grand restaurant is my childhood favorite. Now that me and my family have shifted to India more than 7 years ago. But I still miss - beef chilly fry, kadai mutton, fish fry chips. Simply delicious!
Was supposed to go to another restaurant but all were closed.... Saw this looked nice....had soup and chicken tikka masala, mutton rojan gosh, channa masala... Had this with garlic naan..
My honest review - to start with friendly staff
Good starter with the bread on mayo mix.. the soup was just enough with good taste for the sweet corn non veg... Chicken tikka masala was really nice so was the mutton.. the channa masala was a little dry but the naans were awesome...
Must try... Don't go on the looks.... Food came fast and pocket friendly !!!
We had a Fine dining experiance with tasty food. One of the best family restaurant in Ras al khaiamah..

This is one of the many popular Indian eateries where you can pretty much find anything for the fussy eater in you, whether it be south Indian, vegetarian, north indian, Chinese, a bit of Goan delicacies and some simple arabic dishes.
I heavily recommend the grilled fish, a boneless fillet of white fish served with homecooked chips and sauted vegetables. Aside that they serve a very delicious pepper steak albeit well done most of the time but great food at a bargain. Where else can you feed a group of friends a delicious vegetarian dish, with some chicken haka noodles, pepper steak and vindaloo for hardly 100 bucks - great budget family eatery in Ras Al Khaimah

One of my favourite fooding place in rasalkhaima.
I enjoy fish biriyani from here and too take parcel also
Rates are also economical
If anybody going to RAK please try
It's little spicy but you can enjoy
They have variety of north Indian and Arabic dishes too
Parking is good
Ambiance is also ok
