The best resturant, best staff and customer service in Ajman. When I have any guest from outside UAE the first place I intend to invite them for.

If you want a good mixed grill platter with a very nice sea view from then head over to al roof resturant in Ajman. The food was perfectly cooked, khubus was freshly cooked served and was complimentry. Kunafa was awesome too. We had some juices as well, they were also good.
Over all a very good experince with a veey lovely atmosphere.
The taco pizza was the bestttt😍 we also ordered the mexican shawerma which was not bad. We had the blue mist sheesha that was really nice. The outdoor ambience was great with a sea view 😍 all in all great experience
Went on a busy day, as shisha had opened up. Ordered shisha which was great and shish tawouk was lovely. Ordered cheese mankakeesh and kunafa was to die for. Overall a good experience.

Me and my friends decided to go out for dinner as we were planning a reunion from a long time. So since we were meeting a friend in Ajman , we decided we would go and try the food at Al Roof as we had heard a lot of positive things about it. The location of the restaurant is just perfect with ample parking space available. The ambience of the restaurant is very mesmerizing and even though it was packed with people , there was not a lot of noise making it an even better dining experience. We order Three servings of the mix grill extra, one shish taouk , two servings of kabab bazenjan( kabab with eggplants) and soft drinks. The mixed grill was a bit pricey but the tender meat and the flavors of the kabab and rice made us forget about the price for once. The platter consisted of shish taouk , kabab orfali, lamb chops ,meat tikka and arayes. All of them were perfectly cooked and tender but in terms of taste the kabab orfali and the lamb chops were the winners in the mixed grill platter.
The next dish the kabab bazenjan ( kabab with eggplant and capsicums) was just too good. The kababs were so soft , juicy and perfectly flavored that they could easily melt in your mouth. I'm not a fan of eggplant when it comes to vegetables but the grilled eggplant served in this dish was just too good and balanced the spice in the kabab. Over all the food was worth the price and the ambience of the restaurant. Will highly recommend if you're looking for a fancy place to eat.
Would definitely visit again and try the shisha as well.
A bit late in sharing this review, but I visited this place back in March. The weather was amazing, and we always look for new places to hang out during the cooler months. We were in the Ajman corniche area running an errand and happened to see this place. We wanted to eat, we wanted to have shisha, so this was the place we chose. It's a huge restaurant with great ambiance. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Outdoor seating area faces the beach, which is so pretty. The seating is not at all congested.
We ordered a shakshouka and a plate of hummus and enjoyed both of them. Great food for great prices. Shisha was pretty decent too. Service could be a little better. But overall, it wasn't too bad. I would rate it 3.8
We ordered chicken Fajita which comes with bread and cordon bleu with amazing fries, taste was good. We have ordered chocolate mousse royale icecream which was amazing but i wish they hadn’t compromised with the quantity. Their service was also fairly quick but the sad part is that their outdoor terrace was closed.
