Earlier this week I had visited @alfornome in #abudhabi #delmamall for lunch.
Ordered a chef’s signature dish called Al Forno #Lamb shank- Aed 78.75
It is served with potato wedges.
It's slow-cooked meat, slightly slimy and medium rare also 80% tender, not overall. It's a Must Try!!
Then I ordered Chicken Parmigiana- Aed 83 and it usually comes with tomato sauce, but I tried to avoid it. I didn't want to ruin the herbal taste of the chicken. Its served with grilled vegetables. The chicken breast is topped with melted #mozarella and #parmesan #cheese and giving a sticky texture. Oh and the combination of buttered-fettuccine #pasta. It's a win-win situation here won't disappoint you.
Finally, coming to the last one, I had to taste this #seafood dish called Seafood Linguine- Aed 65
I believe it's affordable because seafood dishes are generally quite expensive at some places and also this comes with pasta 👌🏻, what one could ask for more. It comes with mussels and shrimps with tomato sauce, and I had requested it to be spicy which gave a spicy-warming aroma and a hot taste.
I intended to try it without the tomato sauce, so as to keep the original taste of the chicken with herb spices
