The restaurant offers a good and diverse international buffet. Good place even for a quick lunch before heading to meetings, e.g. I also like the view of the lively streets and of the shining tower!!
I booked through Groupon, got an amazing deal. Ambience is good. Nice choice of salads, cold cuts and continental food inclusive of hot beverages and soft drinks. Desserts were appetizing. Overall experience was fantastic, complete value for money.
Love the place, i went there with hubby for "seafood night" but only few seafood dish. I dont know why. But the dessert and salad are great.. you need to add more main course for seafood.
Amazing buffet :D loved everything what they served here for buffet..great variety of choices among starters, salads, main course and deserts .. cant wait to go back 😀

Lovely place, food is great especially the daily lunch buffet, food always fresh and variety is quite good, service is excellent , very convenient for large group gathering ..... the only drawback is the early closure of buffet

We had the international lunch buffet at La Veranda which is 129 dhs for two people with a groupon voucher.It was totally worth it!!!
First of all I have to say i am completely in love with the carrot cake they served for dessert.yumm..yumm...super yumm!!!
I would rate each course in the reverse order-desserts came first followed by main course then soups and finally salads..mostly because i am not a salad person i guess.I would recommend to try the food in this order because i dont want you to be disappointed of not being able to taste those marvelous desserts because of lack of space in your tummy after all the other courses.
So onto the review of each course.First we had the soups.There were two different kinds of soup-the lentil soup which was basically the dal curry we prepare at home and a minestrone soup which was really good with a combination of sweet,sour and spicy along with spaghetti.Minestrone is a must try!
As i said i am not a salad person and i didn't really like any of the salads apart from the ham and the corn salad.There was even a squid salad which was emm..not that great.
Next we had the main course with a mix of cuisines ranging from chinese,indian,arabic,greek to italian.They offered cajun fried potato wedges,chilli beef (which my husband loved),lamb moussaka,grilled chicken with a yummy bacon sauce,white rice,mint rice,grilled hamour with a super combination of cilantro sauce,penne pasta with a another superb sauce and so on..Of these my favorite was the grilled hamour fish with the cilantro sauce...what a brilliant combination!!
Last but not the least is the desserts..I believe my pictures would do justice to the drool worthy desserts including carrot pastry,walnut pastry,cadburys pastry,mango pudding,a coconut kheer in a shot glass,varities of fruits and so on..
In short i can say my tummy was smiling😁 after the splendid buffet 😊😋
The ambience was ok and the chef did come around to check if we were happy with the food.
