We recently visited La Baie in a group of 3 women as part of the rigz carlton spa-cation deal. Such a delight!
The restaurant is located near the beach and has a nice summery vibe. The outdoor seating by the poolside is casual and cozy. The indoor is a little underwhelming- plain and slightly run down by ritz standards.
The staff is great. We got good recos, they were very attentive to allergies and happy to customise our meal. We tried the ceaser salad which has amazing moist and juicy chicken, tomato soup which qas one of the best iv had so far, and vegetables crudités wit hummus which was fresh and crunchy too for starters. Mains were chicken peri peri, club sandwich and penne arrabiata, all of which were made as directed and were good complete meals in themselves. The staff also surprised us with a delicious molten cake for for a birthday celebration which was amazing.
The menu options were limited but all that was available was worth it.
A great meal. Would like to go back for sheesha in better weather ( and better times).

My wife and I had a great time. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and they took extra care of us. Big shout out going to Muhammed Saad - the banquet manager who is one of the sweetest managers I have come across and who really knows how to take care of his guests.
They stand for quality. Highly recommend this place.
Had a beautiful day lazing by the pool and soaking up the sun. It was 38 degrees so wasn’t feeling like anything to heavy for lunch, but opted for the La Salada Nissarda.
Was delicious and fresh, perfect amount of dressing, lovely seasoning on the tuna and tasty olives and greens.
Service was efficient and friendly, highly recommend.
Lovely place and delicious food. The steak was tender flavoursome and cooked perfectly, I could have eaten more of it. There was a hint of some kind of cherry glaze that was so good and surprisingly inventive. The vegetables on the side were delicious, a super meal overall. Banofee pie was one of the best I’ve had here and I’m a dessert person. Great evening venue to spend some time relaxing.
Very nice restaurant which is part of the ritz carlton hotel. We were on half board and were able to use any of the on site restaurants and ate here on one of those nights. Very good service and nice pleasant food. More of a sports type bar and restaurant than the others on site and more appropriate for families with children.
Attended their outdoor cinema experience.
At AED100 per person it was a steal.
Service was prompt, but you had to call flag a waiter. If thought they'd do the rounds and collect orders before the movie started.
Loved the fact they had blankets as my wife was feeling chilly.
Portions were very good. We just wanted some munchies.
We expected tiny sliders since this is the Ritz and Dubai. So two orders of sliders and chicken wings to share was a healthy order. Finger licking delicious comfort food.
There two instances when the movie's atmosphere was broken by loud Arabic music from another part of the hotel. You'd think if they have an outdoor cinema running the hotel would manage their programming elsewhere not to conflict with this experience?🤷♂️ That's the lost star.
Really nice cosy place in JBR at Ritz. Loved the vibe and ambiance. Cocktails were super tasty though the food menu was very limited. Sheesha was great 👍🏻
La Baie Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton in JBR is a hidden gem…of the five-star kind. Spread over a spa-like indoor lounge and bar, and an outdoor pool area inclusive of pool bar (I just love pool bars) it is one of the swankiest places in Dubai to unwind and relax. The music is fantastic, the DJ deserves an award. Pool bars and lounges aren’t famous for their food yet the fish and chips I had at La Baie was surprisingly good, better than many of the British restaurants and bars I have tried the same at in Dubai. And the fact that I could have my fish and chips with a pint of Estrella Damm made it all the better.
Loved the whole experience.
From the minute we entered staff was very helpful specialy with the kids.
Waiter kept anticipating our needs.
Food has a special twist and different flavors.
Recommendation : chimichurri beef

Dessert : death by chocolate

Lounge bar ristorante situato all'interno del resort cinque stelle Ritz - Carlton di Dubai. Locale molto cool arredato in stile moderno, dove si può degustare un drink, fare un brunch o gustare la cena seduti al bancone direttamente nell'acqua della piscina. What an awesome experience, such a family friendly environment and atmosphere.
I have to give a personal shout out to Jacob the restaurant manager who was persistent to please and make sure it was a good experience! (A job he significantly exceeded on)
And then there was Dagur the magician in the making, who was not only entertaining to my children but also personally wanted to make sure they were enjoying themselves.

Nice spot to chill and relax. It also hosts the adult pool so there are no children allowed. The cabanas are nice and very close to the pool for you to take a dip in. The service is ok, we had to wave over the waiters a few times because I don’t think they were paying attention to the guests.
The drinks and food were average. Nothing very special about them. The ceviche wasn’t very good.
Overall I enjoyed the atmostphere and one feels like they are on an island resort. Not bad to spend an afternoon at.

What an amazing property and the service of la Baie lounge is impeccable. Deb was our server and he made sure we had a good time (sundowner). Didn't have food here but I'm sure it must be brilliant.
Would highly recommend this place for a sundowner or chilling.

Super amazing place with cute ambience and delicious food. thou the place is expensive but is definitely worth for the peace of mind. I literally had a chance to view the sunrise to sunset time out there which was incredible near the pool side.
