Been to carnival few times, but everytime there is something new, fun and exciting. I was there today for my husband’s 30th with my husband and daughter we had a great time! The food, staff and service is always on point. We were looked after by Kuldeep who was absolutely amazing at his job. Thank you Carnival team for making our experience once again a memorable one. Will be returning again for sure.

Starter was good. Main cuisine was good too can be improved. Dessert was wonderful. Overall, Food was delicious.

So i went here with my fiance on our first date after our engagement. My partner was welcomed with a red rose, a brilliant start from the very first minute till the end of our amazing dine in experience. The ambiance was amazing, the restaurant was lively with friendly staff.
we chose the chef’s tasting menu which is a 5 course menu with live cooking which is totally worth the money. The food was amazing, specially momo - fuku and prawn dynamite. It was totally expect the unexpected like i wouldn’t think ever that i would be eating indian food with such presentations and flavours. Apart from the food, the drink we ordered was very much upto the mark aswell, we ordered “perfect for two” yellow tail which was a mixture of passion fruit, mango, lemon and orange presented with aromatized smoke. To end it up we got a dessert which was very well presented (i don’t remember the name, i have posted a picture) but that was one of the best i had in town and surely it was something different.
I would highly recommend people this place for a date specially the first one 😉
This is one my favorite restaurant where I live to visit every time.

I don’t miss any season where they come up with new dishes .
The entire experience started of great. I went for the business lunch menu with my family and was assured by the staff that it would be absolutely fine to come in as a group of 4 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The starters were great albeit brought out a tad but quickly as we ran out of space on the table.
Right after however, a group of 14 showed up out of which there were at least 6 kids that were running about wild! My concerns about the social distancing maintenance were put aside by the server and our fine dining experience ruined by random kids yelling and running in and out of the restaurant.
By the end of it felt like we would’ve been better off dining in. The food was really good and I would definitely like to come again but definitely not in the midst of rising COVID cases.
It doesnt get better when you want indian fusion...the presentation keeps you surprised be it their chat or prawns or the way they serve their curries to cocktails ...everything is so genuinely genius at it's presentation.
There is always a feeling of thrill on what's going to be the next dish looking like ...but wait till you taste it...the business lunch is definitely a super deal...interiors are really nice also and service top
We Love Carnival. Choose it again for my Daughters bday and they lived up to the expectations again. 5/5 always ! This time Kuldeep served us. He was extraordinary and took care of our needs very well. Congratulations to the team again.

من المطاعم الهندية الراقية التي تستحق الزيارة فعلاً ✔️ وأطباقه جديدة كلياً عن أطباق المطاعم الهندية المختلفة، ممكن تطلب من المنيو وممكن تقول انك تبي (set) منيو .. يعني قائمة ومجموعة طعام يختارونها لك من الستارتر ليييين ما تحلي وهذا أفضل خيار والشيف بيطبخ قدام طاولتك وبيقدمولك أكثر من ٨ اطباق مختلفة ولذيذة جداً.

- الخدمة ممتازة جداً
- جودة الأكل ممتازة.
- السرعة في تقديم الوجبات أيضاً.
العيوب:
بشكل عام لا توجد عيوب فعلية إلا أن هناك معلومات تهم البعض وهي :
- السعر غالي نسبياً نظراً لإضافة ضريبة الخدمة وضريبة أخرى (لأن المطعم موجود قرب السوق المالي وهذي الضريبه مفروضه على كل المطاعم هناك)
- يوجد بار في المطعم (وعموماً بعيد عنك ومافيه أي زحمة او ازعاج او اشخاص بيعطلونك)
- أغلب الأحيان لازم تتصل عشان تحجز طاولة بالرغم من عدم ازدحامه لكن افضل لك انك تحجز

Stylish food indian cuisine restaurant , creative, modern and cozy , i like the food , taste so good with the indian spices , lots of different dishes, the restaurants environment was nice , staff were nice and friendly, the prices is high comparing with the other same stander indian restaurants in dubai , but my over all experience, we enjoyed the food and the time , it worth try
