There are only few Inner Mogolia restaurant in U.A.E, from my point of view, Xiao Wei Yang is the best, fine dining, the ambience is just refreshing, food back and now is tasty, good service, you can customize to your taste prederences by creating your own sauce.
A great experience, I would recommend Xiao Wei Yang to all.
I'm a hot pot person,so once my friend brought me here i'm just in love with it.I would say this dinner is my top 1 hot pot restaurant. If you have friends over you should definitely bring them here.
Hot pot is such a comfort food. I first came to this restaurant in January 2014 and ever since I always go here on most weekends!! The food selection is so authentic Chinese. Must come here to get some nice hot pot.
I’ve always love the soup base from Little lamb, as a large restaurant chain, it’s amazes me how they can keep their quality and standards with their staff up high.
They staff are very welcoming, attentive and of course as a regular, they even remember our orders and deliver as soon as we sit down.
Busy on the weekend, you might have to queue for sometimes if you come during dinner time between 17.00-1900.
Best place for groups. You can eat & talk for a long time. Best place to spend time with someone, & enjoyed the meal. Hot pot are amazing there. Stuff are very friendly. There was a Pakistani guy, very nice guy.

Best Hot Pot in Dubai! Always go for Medium Spicy Red Hotpot! Extremely flavorful & robust! Quick Service + Friendly Helpful bunch of Staffs, Great value for money! Delicious Mix of Condiments types of sauces to choose from & add to HotPot. Additionally, lamb kebabs on metal skewers are mouth melting & grilled to perfection for real meat lovers! In house plum juice is very refreshing! Friendly & Helpful staff & quick service! Even packed on weekdays! Reservations are a must! Ambience - can be improved with better lighting & newer chairs! However cannot fault on the HotPot :)

Going into a new restaurant or trying new cuisines is something some people dred and try to stick to places or food items they like. But believe me its worth it, while not all experiences pan out well, some can really surprise you and become a staple in your eating out plans.
My recent food review took me to a chinese restaurant which served Hot Pots or steamboat. Hot Pot is basically a Chinese cooking method, where you prepare your meals yourself. A pot with simmering stock/soup is placed on a hot plate in front of you and you can add ingredients in the stock, like thinly sliced beef, lamb, seafood, vegetables, dumplings or tofu till they are cooked. Believe me it is the easiest meal you have prepared and adds to the charm of eating this dish.
Once cooked you can either have the meal as a soup or take out the ingredients and dunk it in a sauce (which you tailor make) before devouring the savoury meal.
So what did I order?
1. Mongolian Spicy Hot Pot - AED 40, you could also go for the tomato or basic hot pot, but I love my spicy food.
2. Lamb tenderloin - AED 50.5, many choices, so its truly up to you.
3. Fresh Shrimps - AED 38, get them do remove the shells, makes life easier
4. Shiitake Mushrooms - AED 13
5. Handmade Noodles (spinach and carrot) - AED 11
6. Sauce... this comes as part of the meal.
Taste and tell
Before you start your culinary experience, you should head towards the sauce bar, where you whip up your own sauce! While you have many ingredients to choose from, I went for a spicy sauce, the base for which was seasme paste, followed by chilli oil, mashed garlic, mushroom sauce, hot spicy sauce, which I topped which fresh coriander, green onion and chopped red chilli. I did tell you I like spice! You don't need to follow the ingredients I used for the sauce.. you have many options you can choose instead.
Back at my table a bubbling pot of spicy broth was ready for some self cooking magic. As the meat was thinly sliced, once dunked in the pot was ready in less than 2 mins.
The meat, shrimp, mushroom, noodles were perfect, dunking them in my own personalized sauce just added another dimension to the meal. Big shout out to the noodles which where superb!
The quaint restaurant just adds to the charm of the overall dining experience.

This place is amazingly authentic! The food is just great and the experience is even bette! Will definitely come again! I recommend it to everyone!
This is my very first review of any restaurant on Zomato. I was really impressed with the Chinese authenticity and quality of the food. The Gongbao chicken and pan fried spicy chicken are a must try at Xiao. Love it
