It was one of those days when I was alone at home and cooking for one person sounded too much work. I was carving chinese but something desi and momos, and that's when Darjeeling cafe came to my rescue. We have ordered momos quite a lot of times from this place but this was my first time ordering a meal for myself. The portion size and packaging were great and best was the taste. This was quite a big portion size for one person and I must say, there's are the momos that reminds me of one I used to eat back home in Delhi.

Just like its name, the place gives you a feeling of being in darjeeling.
Staff here is friendly but super busy always.

We really loved the momos.they had good variety available. One of the best place for momo lovers. It was our second visit and this time tried the chicken schezwan momos.
Couldn't contain my job after hearing about this one!
The food was great and economical (48 for a platter).
The taste was good and the menu is decent.

If you are a fan of momos and other such quick bites then give this place a try for sure.

I like the food overall. Chicken phaley is good. But the size of chicken momos that I ordered is the smallest i have had in Dubai, really small. I like their peanut chutney though, nobody else serves it here.
A gem of a place with the best momos in town. Our favorite momo is the mushroom and cheese momo. The soft thin outer covering with the juicy cheesy mixture is just awesome. The chutneys - both the peanut and spicy are yumm. The thumka, triple schezwan, maggi, pasta, chili garlic noodles are also amazing dishes. The platters are a total value for money. The place is cozy and the staff is friendly.
Small Startups are often the ones that provide great, relishing food at an affordable price. Darjeeling Café is one such great startup restaurant. The atmosphere in their café is really one that astonishes. In fact, it is one that I would love to keep visiting from time to time to enjoy their great Darjeeling Cuisine!

This place is a hidden gem. It is located in Al Karama.
We been wanting to go to this place for a while and finally when we got the chance we must say it exceeds our expectations.
The interior decor just takes your breath away. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt like we have come to the north east India. The decor will keep you busy until your food arrives as it reveals so much about north eastern India, Nepal and Tibet.
We have always loved eating in the warm dull lights and that's how it is in here. The seating also is very comfortable most importantly the staff is very good.
Now lets talk about our favourite part which is food. The food here is damn good. We cannot believe that we couldn't find this place any sooner.
If you love spicy food then you would go crazy about whatever you eat here.
We both love spicy and a couple of friends who joined us also love spicy food so for us it was normal but, the kick that you get from spicy food here is something that you have got to experience.
We ordered
1) Tandoori veg momos
2) Schezwan mushroom cheese momos
3) Wai Wai Chaat
4) Veg Schezwan noodles
5) Oreo Shake and Brownie Shake
Everything we ordered was perfect and now we cannot wait to go back again. This place definitely serves the best momos and noodles.
Infact the oreo shake and brownie shake were too good as well.
And it is very reasonable too so don't miss out on this hidden gem.

I felt like I was taken back in time the moment I entered the cafe. Inside is where you’ll find some cool old stuff being displayed. The lighting also adds to the retro feel. Nice.
I only ordered their Veggie Momos and Special Darjeeling Milk Tea. I was alone and I wasn’t really starving. I wanted something light.
Veggie Momos - so-so. Not a fan. You need sauce to enjoy it. Without the sauce, it’s pretty bland. Unlike the other veggie momos that I have tried from other restos, you don’t need any sauce to enhance the taste of the momos.
Special Darjeeling Milk Tea - very good! I love it. Now this is something that I will keep ordering from now on. The taste is perfect - right sweetness and creaminess.
I’ll go back and bring my friends next time. I want to try their other dishes.

This place dishes out the best Khao Swey in Dubai!
The vibes here make you feel like you're in some cozy spot in Nepal. They serve loads of Nepali favourites like Momo's and Thupka and also several popular dishes from Tibet, Burma, Bhutan and ofcourse Chinese too.
Head there for a steaming cup of Darjeeling Tea, momo's and Khao Swey, just perfect for this weather😍 the staff are friendly and hospitable and food was served really fast. Infact they even gave us complimentary soup.
They have ample seating and loads of RTA parking around the vicinity.

Best place to have momos. Try anything from chicken to mutton, steamed to fried, everything is just worth trying. I wish the place could have its own washroom & secondly the could get cockroach treatment as I see them everytime I visit this place.

The most was just amazing!! Each and everyone dish we ordered was bursting with flavor! Highlight of lunch...the tandoori even thier chowmein was so amazing a simple dish which will take you back to childhood and full of deliciousness! The crispy fried rice was not like any other fried rice i have tried! I cant wait to go back and try more dishes!! A special thanks to our amazing server..Anwesh! He was an absolutely amazing..suggesting dishes and just super sweet!! Highly recommend this place. Also cannot..not mention the interiors of this place! It is just amazingly delightful! Very calming atmosphere with a super cute ambience..have a look at the pics!
