Very good Lebanese food. We ordered too much for 5 persons. Price is reasonable for this kind of location. Will come again soon and recommend to friends and family.
I came in for the iftar buffet, nice selection of around 6 or 7 diffrent meals from fish, chicken and meat. The shish tawook was very tender and delicious and the lamb and rice were like butter I give them 6 stars for those 2, the rest of the food was excellent. Salads were a bit lacking only 2 varieties. The indoor seating is a bit small compared to the outdoor area and for those 2 thing I gave it a 4 star everything else from staff to food was tip top 5 stars
Good taste Armenian & Lebanon restaurant , i tried Iftar Buffet 110 per person and I enjoyed the quality of food , nice please on the see , good customer service
🌙😍 We can’t deny the beauty of Al Seef as the perfect place for any dining experience. Mamikonyan has a substantially sized Lebanese Armenian restaurant in a beautiful building on the first floor of the cultural side of the village with stunning views across Dubai’s historic creek. Visiting for an Iftar supper and to meet a friend, other than two tables the restaurant was disappointingly vacant which doesn’t deserve. Iftar at just AED 89 plus selected drinks is a great deal. We chose lentil soup, fresh Arabic mezze salad 🥗 and for hot dishes we tasted several! There’s a wide selection of fried fish fillets, traditional meat and bean dishes cooked in sauce, kebabs, pastas, rice, vegetables and a selection of traditional Iftar sweets and fresh fruits 🍉 Great family dining with friendly service - oh and shisha too! Take a trip to Al Seef and look for this very nice budget Iftar!
I have been to this restaurant twice, once in Feb and once last week... I must say the Food is really really delicious, in my so many years in UAE I can say they have the best Arayes ( it’s named something else in the Menu). The Lentil soup was good as well. The only reason I would not give a 5 star is the price , it’s slightly overpriced, however the Shisha ( which was good btw) is priced reasonable AED 45 for a single flavor. Staff is sweet as well... also they have Zomato Gold :)
We had a great experience yesterday at this restaurant. Food was delicious. We ordered a variety of cold & hot appetizers: Itch/ Baba ghannouj rolls/ Hummus/ Samboosik cheese/ Sujuk rolls & Grilled Tawou2 and Meat platters. Service was great: waitresses were very friendly. Shisha was also good. The only thing that didn’t go well was the seating: chairs were not at all comfortable.
Great Armenian cuisine..Armenian salad was so refreshing followed by kafta in cherry sauce a sweet and sour flavour that brings out all flavours..borek is a must try..great place with distinguished customer service..Well done !!!
We stumbled upon mamikonyan after a disappointing experience at another restaurant at al seef. And this was a gem!!
The ambience is adorable, just like a small neighbourhood cafe. We sat on the rooftop and the views are amazing. We tried the hummus which was served in exotic looking dollops with fresh bread. The fattoush was authentic and reminded me of actual Lebanese salad flavoring. In the mains we tried the mixed grill which came with veggies and potatoes. All of it was well done, nicely flavored and delicious.
The sheesha was quite nice too and the server kept changing the coal without being asked to which is a big plus!
Definitely a place worth repeating. Waiting for their new jumeirah branch to open.
Perfect location! It's beautiful,warm, inviting and cosy. The perfect place to enjoy the evening sunset with shisha.
The shisha was amazing! Lots of flavor and super smooth. We also had Moroccan mint tea and hot chocolate with the shisha, which was a perfect accompaniment to the evening.

This place has a great indoor/ outdoor sitout by Al Seef, sheesha is great and the quality of ingredients used are very good as well.
