We ordered from here just last weekend. Went for their kheema plain rice - our regular order. Being regular customers of the place, they always send a sheera along with the order. We loved the sheera so much that we specifically placed an order for it later that night!

Located in the lanes of Satwa, this hidden gem is one of the busiest restaurant. Serving mixed cuisine of Indian, Pakistani, Mughlai & Chinese, it vast menu gives variety of options to indulge.
We tried some of the signature dishes. Mutton seekh kebab, Sherry fish fry, Chicken tikka & Chicken tikka boti. All the starters were very well marinated & cooked to perfection.
Their biryani are the talk of the town. We tried the Chicken handi biryani and the newly introduced Afghani pulao & Bombay chicken biryani. All Biryani had a pleasant aroma and mild taste with fine long grain basmati rice and soft pieces of meat. A must try.
For dessert, we had their famous Falooda with Kulfi & the Falooda with ice cream. Both were delicious & worth trying. Service is very quick. Muneer, our server including the manager Ibrahim was very polite and courteous & recommended some very good dishes.
Overall, Shahi Mughal a great place to dine in or ask for a home delivery at the comfort of your home & which doesn’t harm your pocket as well. Do try it out, you wont regret. Highly recommended!!!
Biriyani was not that packed with flavours but the kababs were so succulent and juicy loved the taste and it was so hot and fresg , we ordered keema also which was little raw in taste but loved the kebabs and the butter nan

A restaurant that has been up and running for the past 27 years that serves some delectable food. We visited this restaurant for the hearing good reviews. Ordered the
Chicken and Mutton Sheekh Kebab (Must try. Minced meat
Mutton Paya (The meat was cooked well, thoughit was lacking a bit of flavour)
Peshawari Mutton Kadai (Highly Recommended. The meat was soft and tender and had sucked in all the flavour from the gravy. This was my personal favourite out of everything that I ordered)
Haleem (Highly Recommended. It just melts in your mouth with every bite)
Brain fry (Mutton brain fry
Chicken Handi Biryani (A different type of Biryani than the usual layer biryani that had a beautiful aroma)
Butten Naan (Loved this one since the generous amount of butter applied kept the naan soft even after it cooled down)
Lacchha Paratha (The paratha only looked thick but was soft and fluffy)
Pakola (Must try. This was suggested by the staff as a special Pakistani drink. This was a good try in place of a regular coke/pepsi)
Fruit Falooda (Plenty of fruits with Mango and Vanilla Ice-cream)
The food was well-portioned and the prices are pocket-friendly. The hospitality extended by Aasif and Abu is highly appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience.
3 rating is for the service, location and the availability of 24/7.
But the quality of food is 2.5 their famous dish peshawari curry was very very ok. The chicken was weirdly cooked.
I wouldn’t want to go there unless there is no other option available.
The Handi Biryani (chicken) tastes good and so does the chicken tikka masala. Not the best that I've tasted but the flavors were nicely mixed and the salad platter is generous. Only that the chicken is a bit mushy; not so tender. But the price is okay and the second floor was well-airconditioned. A good experience.
Shahi Mughal is good place for Indian cuisine, the biriyani and pulav is good..but it could be better.. the spices uses in biriyani is smells nice..the service is very good and fast..
Located a bit away from Satwa, took takeaway of Chicken Biryani which was a bit in the spicier side.
The Chicken piece is not cooked in the Biryani rice, so found it a bit harder as it is grilled. Normally it tastes better if the chicken is cooked inside with rice. The rice was okey with smell of nice spices.
Great food for very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and one of the quickest delivery from my experience.
Would highly recommend to try out their food at least once 👍🏼
Great service and excellent food quality. Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner always coming back for more! They never fail to impress us everytime.
