If you are craving for 'apne desi ghar' ka khana you should be heading to 'The Grub House'. Nestled inside the lanes of international city its a restaurant with decent ambience and delicious food.
We had been to the restaurant for dinner and tried non veg chicken and fish platter. All the kababs were well marinated, perfectly grilled and mildly spicy. My favourite was the lasooni and hariyali fish tikka. A must have starters.
For mains we had Mutton rogan gosht and Fish tawa masala. Both had a lavish texture, right spices and well cooked. All the rotis were freshly prepared and were warm and soft. Mutton masala biryani was full of flavour and spicy as it was tossed with sufficient masala, mutton in it was soft and juicy.
Gulab jamun with icream and Ras malai were the dessert we tried, both were well made and acceptably sweet and it was the best way to end this meal.
Pricing is pretty decent. I will be visiting again to try other stuffs here. And just in case you too are craving for "apne desi ghar' ka khana but in the comfort of your home call 'The Grub house' they do home delivery too.
When The grub house restaurant started, I am going there regularly. Food is very good. Every time you will get satisfaction of eating. Staff is very good,polite.
If you are looking out for economical and good quality and taste, then grub house is the place for North Indian & Chinese cusine in International city. Some of the best fish starters i have tasted, soft and succulent.
The best is Fish lasooni tikka and the Fish Hariyali or try the Fish platter. In main course try the Mutton Rogan Ghosh with wheat Paratha and Garlic Chilli noodles. End your feast with Jumbo sized Ras Malai & KitKat smoothie.
